Great service, upgrade just because – did not ask for it, set up the Bluetooth in the car for me.

I love renting from Enterprise no matter where I travel to. The company is awesome! Austin staff was just as awesome. Very friendly, quick service. No complaints. Keep up the good work!

The experience of renting a car from Enterprise was tops. Easy, friendly and at the bottom line, great prices. The people are all very welcoming, available and knowledgeable. I plan to be in the Austin area often and will be renting from Enterprise from now on.

Worst time here. It took us 30min to exit the garage. Only one, ONE, car checkout lane for, I counted 12 cars, this unacceptable. And the manager was in no rush to help out when one car got stuck, just casually walking to the booth. I do not recommend this place if this is what they call «service.»
Thanks to this 30min delay, I’m charged late check-​in at my hotel. Thanks Enterprise.

I rented a chevy malibu– free upgrade from compact. I also got a free second driver, unlimited mileage and, a 17% discount renting enterprise through costco. wow! I used the enterprise site and rented easily online– when I saw there was a costco discount I phoned the company and they were able to apply all the discounts without me having to cancel the initial reservation and re-​do everything. The person on the phone was extremely helpful and patiently answered all my questions. I was unfamiliar with the Austin Tx airport they were able to tell me that the cars are at the airport– no shuttle to cars. Also I was concerned about all the toll roads in Texas and they explained how that worked. At the rental pickup I was taken care of immediately and offered a bottle or water. The employee took me to the car and showed me the headlight, gas door, wiper controls as well as looked over car with me for damage.
Returning the car was a simple too. I was quickly greeted and a receipt was printed out with the charges to my credit car. I have always had great service with enterprise. when I have tried a what I thought would be a cheaper alternative I regretted it. It really was not cheaper.

I always rent now from Enterprise because it is predictable and I get good service and good cars. The price is usually right. They were founded by a WW II Navy pilot and named after his ship. My only complaint is that the windows usually are not clean and I have to clean them.

rates are good. service is excellent. I don’t like it though when 2 weeks later, additional charges show up on my credit card.

Very friendly and efficient crew. The pricing betters the other major companies. Nice to select your own car.

My wife and I have rented from Enterprise a lot for business and pleasure travel, This was by far the worst ever. At check on the rep could have cared less he gave us a Ford Focus that was filthy inside and out. The car continually skipped/​stalled upon acceleration. Upon return we told the rep who checked us in and he could have cared even less.

A negative experience due to changes in pricing.
Was visiting from across the country and made reservation online beforehand. The pricing given online was presented as a final pricing.
However when dealing with the person in the lot suddenly additional charges were presented:
collision damage waiver
roadside assistance protection
pai/​pec — this is how it shows on the bill. What is pai/​pec?
supplemental liability protection
concession recoup fee – what does this mean?
consolidated facility fee – what does this mean?
the charges above more than doubled my total bill. If I knew about them before hand I could have easily gone to another rental company. But at the time I had no option but to accept.
All of the above looked very unprofessional and next time I’ll be looking for another rental company.

The employees were very friendly and helpful, but the wait time was a bit long. The car and location were very good as well.

I had a Chevy Cruz with 500 miles on it. It performed great! The employee service was wonderful. Check in and check out went smooth.
My only complaint is that it was such a long walk from the airport to the car pickup. I hope they consider offering golf cart transportation from baggage claim or something. I’m disabled but not in a wheelchair so it was hard for me. There is no indication how far a walk it is if you’ve never been to the airport.

Great (and fast) service and price. Car was clean and performed well. I love renting from Enterprise!

Super friendly staff, speedy pickup, and simple drop-​off. Dropped off the car with a friend so they could pick up a car with another car rental service. Long story short, the other service took half an hour to get the car. Where Enterprise had me out of the lot in just a minute.

I always receive great service from Enterprise. Everyone is cheerful and responsive. Special mention to Sam, the manager of this location, for his professionalism. Many thanks!

I rent cars 25 plus times a year and after using all of the other companies Hertz, Avis and many more over the last 30 years I find Enterprise to be the best bang for the buck. Personal or business they are very service oriented.

I fly into Austin a ton for business and have ONLY used them for my rentals. I have never had an issue with the car’s reliability or cleanliness here. Friendly staff. Bottled water is a nice touch. LOVE choosing between two cars.
Only beef is there used to be NO DROP OFF FEE if I got the car here and dropped it off at Dalla LUV airport. Now there is. :(But I am sure that’s a corporate decision.

Austin Renterprise, you aight. Other than the dude who gave me my receipt who kept calling me «dude,» and «man» like I was his buddy when it’s clear that I was his superior entitled client overlord, you aight. You’re quaint. You’re at the end of the line. Literally. The very last lot on the rental lots. Do your thing.
