Erica is incredible. I’ve always struggled with acne, went to dermatologists, tried everything, etc. Erica set me up with skincare routine that really worked for me and my skin has never been better. If you’re really serious about having great skin, this is the place to go.
Also, after I moved away from Austin, Erica worked with me to make sure I’d still receive the products I need via mail. Life saver! Going to miss those facials though…

Erica is a skin magician. I had a major breakout & several of those horrible deep zits that last for 3 weeks. After she zapped them yesterday, they are almost completely gone. She makes you feel very comfortable & she really knows her stuff. HIGHLY recommend.

Went back again to get my brows done with Erica and she was fabulous. This place is so cozy, clean, and wonderful. Total hidden gem in an otherwise average looking strip center/​residential area. I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else :-)

Erica really is an eyebrow guru. After a year of giving my eyebrows more attention through makeup I somehow stumbled upon eyebrow extensions and ethree. Erica and her office are wonderful. I am gifted to already have a decent foundation of eyebrows so I opted for 25% extension work. After showing my friends they honestly attributed the results to some sort of black magic my eyebrow ‘game’ was so bewitching. Maintenance depends on your lifestyle. I am fairly athletic (running, yoga, and lots of sweating) so I’d say my extensions lasted 1.5 weeks and tinting 2 weeks. My experience was a hollywood luxury… glamorous and gorgeous. Although I probably couldn’t justify the upkeep (not something you fill in like lashes but start over each time) I will definitely be going back for special events, weekend getaways, or treating myself!

Best Best Best lashes in Austin! I have had the pleasure of going to Erica for lashes and the most relaxing facials for 2 years now. I have been complimented by almost everyone I have met for the past 2 years on my lashes. Not only is Erica one of the hardest working Aesthetician s I have met… but also the sweetest. *Disclaimer: I apologize for the lengthy review, but I wanted to share exactly what my experience was like at ethree esthetics.
Prior to getting eyelash extensions, I used clumpy mascara or store-​bought falsies to make them appear more prominently, but didn’t work as effectively because I either had raccoon eyes by the end of the night or couldn’t get the falsies close enough with to my lash line.
I researched what eyelash extensions are, how they were suppose to look and cost. I almost went to a large-​scale lash extension boutique, but opted for Erica since she made me feel very comfortable and at ease when I her about specific lash questions (i.e. what would look better on me; the half-​set or full-​set?) even when I wasn’t fully set on booking just yet.
When I went to see Erica, she walked me through the process and made sure I was comfortable with how my eyelashes looked the entire time. She examined my eyelashes and made sure what I was getting worked with ME and my face. Erica added volume and density to my eyelashes without looking over-​the-​top or overwhelming my small face.
While I was getting my eyebrow extensions done, Erica asked about my skin care routine. I was reluctant to tell her since I was breaking out from acne and scarring from picking at my blackheads, but Erica truly cared about how my skin was and offered me facial samples to take home. It was a NICE change from having an appointment be in-​and-​out the door, to someone who wanted to understand my skin care needs and resolve them.
The amazing compliments I received from friends and even strangers. My boyfriend loved them and thought I looked sultry! I also love that I can just get up in the morning, put on some bronzer/​blush and be out the door. The eyelashes have stayed on on throughout my sweaty weight training and cardio workout sessions as well.
Honestly, Erica is incredible at what she does and passionate about her work/​clients. I can’t wait to get my facial done by her as well!

This is the first time I’ve ever left a Unilocal review but this place is so deserving I couldn’t help but express my recommendation!
I went in for an eyebrow shaping and not only did Erica do a fabulous job on my brows (and I’m extremely picky) but she also gave me a complimentary skin treatment and sent me home with a free sample product to try on my skin (which worked amazingly)! It is obvious that she really cares about her clients and is genuinely passionate about what she does. I can’t wait to come back for future services!

I made an appointment with ethree due to the good Unilocal reviews and they didn’t disappoint. My wax was quick, easy, and reasonably priced. Melanie and the other girls were incredibly welcoming as well. I will definitely go back!

Erica is great! Super friendly and hospitable from the first call I made to schedule, to check in at front desk, to when I checked out and paid. I recommend them to anyone who asks me about waxing. I love the natural oils they use to sooth my skin after the wax. It has a wonderful light scent which reminds me of a spa. Erica put this all natural oil and massaged it under my eyes. After a long tiring day at work I had to fight the urge to stay awake. My waxing visits have always been very relaxing and enjoyable. I will be returning in a few weeks and I can’t wait. It’s a visit you won’t regret so give them a try. :-)

Erica and Melanie are awesome! They are both personable and easy to talk with during my appointments. You can tell that they have passion for what they do because they are very tedious with their work and give nothing but the best service. I have been beyond pleased with my lashes. You are missing out if you do not go to ethree!

I found Ethree with great reviews here on Unilocal and it was my very first time getting lash extensions + eyebrow wax! I was a little nervous at first but everyone is really really nice and welcoming:) Melanie was very sweet and my eyelash extensions look amazing as well. I went for very natural style (half set) and I can’t wait to try something new (full/​daring/​more adventurous) next time. Also the booking tool online is super easy and helpful! I will definitely go back again!

I’ve had my lashes done here several times — Erica and Melanie are the best! They’re both super sweet and professional. The service is much quicker than most lash services! Also, the lashes are high quality and long lasting.
I’ve also had several spray tans done by Kristina — another favorite! Kristina also does make-​up (which I haven’t tried yet) but someday :) The tanning service is also quick and long lasting. At first, I was nervous about stripping down because I’m a bit shy but she is also very professional and it wasn’t uncomfortable at all! What’s more, the products used here are all natural and top-​of-​the-​line!
The ladies who work here are the best! They have excellent bedside manner, make you feel at ease and when you talk — they really listen!
The spa is usually pretty booked so definitely make your appointments ahead of time. I’m getting all my girlfriends gift cards to this place come the Holiday season!

Saw Erica for a full set of lashes and they were absolutely amazing! I wasn’t sure how to describe the look I was going for but she managed to do a fabulous job leaving me with fuller, longer yet natural looking lashes. I highly recommend e three. Your lashes are totally worth the investment!!!

Just had the new 3D brow extensions done by Erica. I am thrilled with the results! My pathetic brows are now full and luxurious. This place is laid back and professional. Highly recommend that you go and treat yourself!

I cannot express how much I adore Erica and her team!
I have been seeing Erica for waxing services since 2012 (I believe), when her business used to be located on the first floor of the current building they’re in.
Erica has always been very courteous, kind, friendly, and overall a great esthetician in my opinion. She makes me feel at home, and educates me about services such as the different types of facials and products that best work for your type of skin.
Also, I have never (and I have been fairly prone to this before) been burned or hurt when receiving waxes. Erica has a quick hand, which I appreciate more than anything, which is a testament to her experience. I even took my boyfriend once for a lower back wax, and he had no discomfort with the waxing experience whatsoever!
I will go to no one else besides Erica and her fantastic team for as long as they’re in Austin, because to me there are that good! I have yet to have a bad experience, and I’m pretty sure that won’t ever happen anyways!
I cannot recommend ethree enough, schedule your appointment now!
