I have been working with Exabar, and Marc specifically, since November as we transitioned our entire office, telephone, internet, fax, equipment, and 8 professionals over to VoIP. We wanted to get off of our old regular phone system because of the problems with it and the expense. Exabar has offered us the opportunity to have individualized systems (want calls to go directly to voicemail — check; want to get a text message telling you when you have a voicemail — check; want to get rid of 4 phone lines and have even better options and flexibility — check; want to take your phone with you — check, etc), something the big telephony systems are incapable of at this time. Although we were leery of the transition, Marc was professional, thorough, and very patient, sharing flow charts of how things work and giving us options to save and have even more functionality. We have had the system for a week now and, as with everything, as we work to tweak the system to fit our individual preferences, Marc has been immediately responsive. We wanted off of the old system; Marc’s professionalism made it easy to choose Exabar and their products and services.

I switched from a T1 connection to VOIP with Exabar last month. Mark & Marc handled everything: they helped me change internet providers, order new equipment, install the new equipment, uninstall the old equipment, advised me on cancelling old service, and stayed @ my office until things were running smoothly. The week after install we had a glitch (no fault of theirs) and they drove to my office to get us back up and running. I came to them because a few other businesses had switched and had great experiences from Exabar… they did not disappoint. I really should have done this sooner. Faster service, more capabilities and less money.

We are located in the Fort Worth area and although their office is in Austin they have made three trips to our area when we have had changes with our system. Would highly recommend this company.

Exabar is telephone system company specializing in virtual PBX systems utilizing VOIP phones. You can not find a more personalized phone service in the Austin area. The owner Mark and his right hand man Marc came to my office yesterday and installed our phone system (presently at my home). I’ve been with them for about 6 months. Whenever I have had an issue (real or imagined) they have driven to my home and taken care of it. Their product and customer service gets high marks. They are the perfect example of 5-​star service.
