Lets cut to the chase really quick, this is the low down First off the music in this store is beyond LOUD it’s YELLING. You can’t hear the employees you can’t even hear your on thoughts! I considered attempting buy something, just so I can yell to prove my point that the music is kept to unreasonable volume. But don’t brother telling one of the employees they’ll just ignore you mentioning this and do nothing to fix this. Yes, I realize maybe it could be consider loud if I was elderly, but that is not the case. I’m seriously over stores who think this best way to get your customers to buy clothes. Nope not this lady, one way to push me into the competitors store where I will gladly spend more money to not listen to overly loud music. Will I return nope not unless you decided to turn down the music. Or open back the Highland Mall location at least there was less ding dings in that mall. Peace Express, I don’t need your clothes. We’ve got Langford Market and Francesca’s in town who not only have better deals but better music taste. Ladies do yourself a favor and check out these joints you won’t regret it as much as your pocket book when you leave the Express and maybe your ear won’t have to be vocally raped too

Dear Express, I love you. I love your clothes, I love how you make me look awesome. I also love that I can wear you to work or play. I love how big your store is, how you now carry panties that make me look like a VS angel. I love your ReRock, classic tees, and Editors. I will wear you forever. I don’t love the fact that you never remember me. I hate it that you don’t see that I spend thousands of dollars there within a year and you don’t make me feel special. I feel like you should treat me better. Remember that time you took one of my coupons by mistake? I came back the next day with my receipts and you acted like you didn’t even KNOW me. EXPRESS!!! I was JUSTHERE!!! Ouch. You refused to give it back, and you treated me like I was lying about it. Express, please know that I will still love you. I guess I’m a glutton for punishment. You need to know though, that I think you better shape it up. If I find something similar that treats me better… bet your ass I WILL leave you. Yours for now, Linz Q

This place is tricky. You’ve got to watch them here. The sales signs might not correspond to the items directly below them, and if they are on sale they may ring up for full price. Both of these things happened to us. If I didn’t have eagle eyes, I would’ve paid a lot more for my items than I needed to.

Truth… I love and hate this place. Seriously, it’s a total love hate relationship. I only buy Express slacks and jeans. Why you ask? Because I have a big ass. They actually have pants that fit and fit well. Its hard finding pants that fit me so when I do, I get them in every color available. On the other hand; they always seem to come un-hemmed. As in 6 out of my 12 or so pairs have come un-hemmed. So why do I keep going back? Because other than that, they last forever and fit so well. Luckily I know how to fix that problem, though I did complain the other day while at Express. You would think they would have this part down by now. The prices aren’t tooooooooooo bad and the clearance rack always makes me happy. I’m a clearance rack junkie after all. I have walked out empty handed on many occasions, finding the same ‘ol shit there. They don’t seem to change often. They get new stuff, but it looks the same as the season before it. I don’t know. I will probably always shop there, but they need to get some new factory workers on the hemline!!!
