I recently ordered a 40×40 custom frame to surprise my husband with a collage of our many concert tickets. Fast frame team at William Cannon was fantastic beginning to end… helped me pick out nice wood within budget, finished quicker than needed, and created a finished piece better than imagined. Matthew helped carry the large piece out to my small car and we tried every possible way to squeeze it in but was my car door and trunk were slightly too small(my fault for not measuring prior to ordering!) They kept it for a few more days until I could sneakily use my husband’s car to pick it up instead. Once again Matthew carried it out and together we finally squeezed it in! My husband loved seeing all our tickets displayed and we’ll keep adding to it over the years. Thanks Fast frame team, we’ll definitely return for any future framing!

The staff was very friendly, knowledgable, and accurately quoted the timing. The frame is beautiful and the matte matches the artwork quite well. We could not be happier with the quality and service provided.

I’m so excited. I brought a framed watercolor here to try to find a coordinating frame for a second image. The original was framed in Mexico and I was striking out looking for something similar. But these guys recognized the frame and were able to special order what I needed.

With the assistance of Matthew at our local Fast Frame shop, we are so delighted with the way our latest project turned out. Matthew helped us to choose the best way to display it and I cannot say enough about his expertise! Each piece was mounted with a reverse bevel and then mounted to stand off from the back matboard. The main mat is a beautiful teal suede and it was Matthew’s idea to add the yellow wooden edge(not sure what it’s called) but it looks great! I’m so glad that he made the suggestion to do that. The prints looks like they are floating inside the frame. It’s awesome and looks very nice in my living room. This was the 2nd time that we have used this shop and we will definitely be back.

Don’t let the sort of «fast food» name scare you away. This shop is extremely professional, knowledgeable about artwork and has an incredible selection of frames, liners and detail pieces. We were very unhappy with our first framer choice because after two weeks we had not received our quote for framing 5 pieces of art. We just happened to drive by Fast Frame and I said let’s stop in here and see what they have. We were very impressed with the huge selection of frames they had available and I said to my husband, we’re going to pick up our art work and bring it here. When we arrived with our art work, we had a very knowledgeable person help us put each piece together. We took quite a bit of time but we never felt rushed. Since we were there at the Xmas rush time, I said we weren’t in a hurry and after Xmas/early January was fine. We chose a range of framing from very simple to complex 3-part frames. We thought the prices were reasonable based on our selections. We got a call the first week in January that our work was ready. We are hanging it today and are extremely pleased with the results. I highly recommend this framing shop and will definitely use them again.

In 2011, I had one of my husband’s favorite artists(N8 Van Dyke) do a custom sketch of him(the gorilla) and our son(the panda) as a birthday gift. The sketch was great. Nate is very talented. Two years passed. We moved 2,000 miles away from Jamaica Plain to Austin, TX. I stumbled upon the sketch whilst unpacking and thought it would make a nice addition to the artwork in our son’s room. I did a Unilocal search for a framer in the area and found FASTFRAME. I have to admit, the all caps threw me off. The reviews enticed me though and I thought, «What the fuck?». It had been a while since I took a gamble(thank you motherhood). I woke up in October and was reminded this is the worst month financially for me. Our wedding anniversary and my husband’s birthday(both in October) drain my bank account– never mind the holidays are right around the corner. I remembered I had bought the Unilocal deal and decided I would use it. THEYDID A PHENOMENALJOB. Granted it cost me more than the $ 45 for $ 100 Unilocal deal, but I I wanted things that cost extra. I will definitely be returning!

I had a big picture hung at my house. The guys arrived when they said that they would and did a fabulous job. I also bought a painting from St. Martin and did not want a frame from Michael’s. They found the perfect frame and matting for the picture. These guys are perfection oriented which made my experience great from beginning to end. I will definitely give them all my business.

I found FastFrame online while trying to find a place to get my college diploma framed. I’ve never gotten anything framed before. To add to the confusion, Rice University is one of the few universities still offering the sheep skin option and not many places around Austin know how to frame a sheep skin correctly. This diploma meant a lot to me and I wanted it to be done perfectly. My experience with FastFrame has been perfect from the beginning. I called the place just to gather some information and in the process, Jim the framer immediately explained to me in detail the process of framing a sheep skin. I had bought my own frame somewhere else so I was told to just bring the diploma and frame in. Everyone at the store was very nice and the entire framing process was explained to me in detail. This gave me great comfort to leave my diploma and my frame in their hands. The framing was completed within the estimated amount of time(about a week) and it cost me about $ 100 total(I bought an anti-reflective glass as well). The dimension of my diploma is 23′‘x18”. I’m very satisfied with the way my diploma was framed. A very tiny bit of the double sided tape is showing at the very top of the diploma but you can’t see it unless you’re inches away from it. I think I’m just being extremely picky =P It’s been 6 months and my diploma still remains just the way it was when I got it back. Apparently Jim has over 30 years of experience so I think it’s worth to come here just due to his experience. So if you really care about what you’re framing, this is the place.

We took two paintings that my Mother painted for us to Jim Fulton at the Shops at Arbor Trails. We had no idea what we wanted, but Jim came through for us with flying colors! He worked with us patiently and gave us his over 30 years of framing advice, and the results were perfect!!! The colors and frames highlight the paintings and work perfect. I would recommend Jim to anyone that has painting or pictures that need framing/matting!!!

I just picked up an artist’s print I had framed, and WOW! It looks amazing. Jim did a wonderful job framing the print and I am so pleased! It was a great experience from start to finish. It took me over an hour to choose a frame, and despite bringing down almost every frame sample from the wall, the staff was just endlessly helpful. Thank you! I cannot wait to have my other lonely prints framed! PS My husband was thrilled!

Great customer service and ideas. This store has it all! So many frames to choose from and software that actually shows you what the finished product will look like. They designed a frame for our office with a flag folded into it, along with a certificate with my alloted cost in mind.
