I had the pleasure of meeting Kristin today, on Christmas Eve, and she was absolutely phenomenal — y’all gained a loyal customer to FedEx for life!
She was kind, very helpful, and didn’t «nickel and dime» me when I incorrectly wrote on one of the envelopes. She explained the differences between y’all and USPS/​UPS and I was sold.
If every one of your employees lives up to the standard that Kristin set today, I have no doubt that many more customers will continue to happily use your services.

This might be the most miserable FedEx Kinko’s I’ve ever been to. It’s just never a good experience. I came here in the middle of the day on a Sunday. There was 1 employee working with a line of 7 people behind the register. What is this the post office?

Visited here yesterday to drop a package to TWC and give them their equipment back. The place is small and was somewhat busy. I was greeted at the door and let the employee know the package was ready to go. Dropped it on the counter where he pointed and left. 5 seconds in and out, that’s appreciated!

Best office center in Austin!
— BEST customer service! I am always greeted upon entering, & offered help with a smile & a good attitude.
— Bright & clean store. Although small, I have always been able to come in & out with no problem to care of business!
— Early hours!
— Their printing system is the best of any office business around. They allow regular copying, as well from a USB, & most excitingly, digital programs like Dropbox & Google Drive!!! SO EASY!

Who the hell writes a review for a FedEx??? Well, MAYBE if you knew how awesome this particular one is, you’d stop asking that question.
The Breakdown:
— Fantastic customer service. I’ve always been greeted, and the employees never fail to provide humorous banter.
— Clean and well organized.
— Despite a tiny lot, I’ve never once had issues finding parking.
— EXITING, however, will take ALL YOUR PATIENCE EVER on weekends or during rush hour. The Wal-​Mart next door and lack of rear exits from the parking lot make for a long-​ass wait at a stop sign to get on the I-​35 frontage road.
— I print, like, everything here. I actually HAVE a printer, but I print so infrequently that it’s useless (ink dries out n stuff). I’ve had them print photos for family, large stills for tattoos, and they’ve shipped out a couple things for me. (I also use the crap out of their cutter. Heck yeah SCREW SCISSORS!)
— No special glossy photo printing machine at this one. :(You can print on glossy papers, but not actual fancy photo ink n paper n stuff. Photos look nice on the glossy paper, but you’re def not getting that developed film look.
The Bottom Line:
It’s a FedEx. You want shit shipped or printed? Come here to ship and print it. Is there another FedEx that may be closer? Well, it won’t be as good as this one, so just drive the extra few minutes to come here.

Expedient, gracious customer service, and always convenient for last minute printing.

Next time I’m in Austin and need some printing/​binding done, I will go back without hesitation.

These people are amazing! I had a very large print order that I submitted via email (since my cookies weren’t agreeing with their site). The order was delivered to the hotel on time but there was an issue with the posters (my fault since I emailed the files and wasn’t very specific). They remade the posters and had them delivered before our event. The guy even hand delivered them (found me in the hotel) and made sure everything was correct. Also, everytime I called, they knew exactly who I was, they were extremely helpful. Fast forward a month when I need receipts (because I obviously lost them). They still remembered me and found my receipts in a jiffy. If I lived near Austin, I would use these guys all the time.

I had a short and financially limited time frame to complete what we will just call an «emergency move» of my stuff across country.
Earlier in the day, I had brought a ton of heavy boxes to the Post office an hour before they closed. Long story short, one of the workers kind of yelled at me and berated me for… um, coming there to send things. (gasp! the horror!). I still don’t get it. No need to whine the USPS at this time– we’ve all seen it happen to someone.
It was already a stressful and heartbreaking time and I don’t need to explain myself, but I was definitely nervous that the only chance I had to ship the rest of my packages was through FedEx before they closed for the day, and one road bump led to another and I couldn’t walk through the door with the packages until 10 minutes before closing.
I was financially limited, and not knowing how much it would cost until the clerk sized and weighed everything, I knew my order was not going to be fun or easy.
The first thing I said to the clerk was «Please don’t yell at me like the Post Office did, I am so sorry that I am bringing all of this in right before closing, I had no other choice.»
And the clerk looked puzzled and was calm and was like «why would I yell at you…» and I told him the simple version of how I felt traumatized from the USPS earlier in the day, as he proceeded to take care of my shipment.
I didn’t want to tell him all of the drama, I just wanted him to know that I was greatful for his patience in my large, heavy shipment of multiple boxes 10 minutes before closing. It ended up taking a while to process it all, including his computer freezing up for a few minutes, but he stay cool, patient, and professional the whole time.
I really appreciated his professionalism in the matter, and this location was always pleasant to visit for my copying and shipping needs.
I no longer live in Austin, but I wanted to send props to this guy for taking care of me at the last minute, and dealing with my financial limitations, so I could send the boxes that I could afford, and then take a few back to store at a friends house until I can afford to ship them to my new home across the country.

Didn’t this used to be a Cindy’s? Well, nuts. Or not.
Eh, it’s a FedEx, I would only come here to return internet shopping items and probably never for my own printing or shipping needs. There are many local printers in town and I have my own printer at home, and a computer. So. The manager was not that super friendly to me to the time I was in there, but, I’m not a manager at FedEx so whatev.
Minus one star for acting exasperated when I asked for a receipt when I dropped off my package, 3 stars for proximity to my house, minus 2 stars for not actually being Cindy’s anymore or an awesome Cindy’s /​FedEx combo store (I will spare you a tasteless play on words) = 3 stars. Yeah, I know it doesn’t add up, I do math all day, give me a break.

Was shipping equipment to a client from a SXSW event — and had extremely limited time bc I was running off to another event. Not gonna lie I was a harried customer! But, the guy working the counter here was so awesome!!! Helped me manage my shipment with ease. Even complimented my claddaugh ring (yay Team Irish). He also emailed me the receipt so I could scurry off to event #2 on time. Give that man a raise, he really helped save me a ton of stress! I will definitely use this FedEx location again when working events in Austin.

Went to mail an item that needed packed, since it is pack and ship — told me to get a box somewhere else. I went and got a box and came back to get it shipped. After the gentleman behind the counter seemed to be in no big rush, and I waited, and waited, while he took his time wandering around the store, I took my item to USPS, just down the road, where they always take good care of me.
Don’t waste your time here…

Terrible. Every. Time.
I had my baby shower invites printed here. They came out completely wrong and the employee just couldn’t understand what the problem was. The problem was blatantly obvious. They were half sheet prints with a design I created. The design was so small in the center of the sheet, you could barely even read it. It looked TERRIBLE. I took them back and explained (again) exactly what I wanted. They finally got it right after three days and several trips back and forth to and from the store, in June, 36 weeks pregnant. I was annoyed, to say the least. The guy I dealt with on the last day was actually really knowledgeable and very nice. He gave me a complete refund for the first screwed up set, refused to take payment for the second set, congratulated me on being a new mom, and complimented my unborn daughter’s name (which was on the invite). I felt much better, but the troubles would continue in the coming months when I needed other stuff done.
Every time I go in this store (I’m not exaggerating here) something is broken down or not working. There’s always some excuse as to why certain tasks can’t be performed. They don’t have a hole punching drill, but they have an industrial paper cutter that never seems to be in commission.
The first and only time I ever shipped here, the employee was very unpleasant. I’d never shipped anything before, so I wasn’t familiar with the process of filling out the form, etc. It was 7:45 AM and I was the only customer in the the store. The employee was standing on the other side of the store, shouting instructions at me. It took 30 minutes… THIRTY MINUTES to ship an 8×10 canvas that I had wrapped before coming to the store. Seriously? I was late for work and, needless to say, pissed.

Great service! The guys working there have amazing attitudes and are eager to help! The wait was non existant and the store is well kept!

Amazing customer service. I was called in for an interview on short notice, so I needed to print resumes immediately. My online order told me I couldn’t pick up the documents until the next morning. I called the store hoping they might make an exception for me, and they went above and beyond my expectations. They printed my resume within the hour and on different styles of paper for me to choose from. They were friendly, efficient and gave me even more confidence going into the interview.
