Ferguson

I am a residential homeowner and called the 10 500 Metropolitan Drive location to inquire about parts for my leaky delta shower faucet. I had previously gone to Home Depot and Lowe’s to seek advice and buy parts but both were a waste of time. Ferguson Plumbing was a home run. I talked to Brody and they had all but one part I needed and he said another local store had it and I could pick everything up the next day. I called the next day and they had everything ready, I drove over and picked up the parts, the place was easy to find and has plenty of parking, Brody was super helpful and it was a totally enjoyable experience. I got home, replaced the parts and now that hard turning, leaky faucet easily turns and doesn’t leak a drop — as good as a new one. If this hadn’t worked I could see a thousand dollar plumbing job from tearing out shower tiles and wall to get to the damn pipes.
I couldn’t be happier with Ferguson Plumbing and it gives me a sense of relief knowing where I will go in the future to get what I need to repair faucets in my house. Thank you Ferguson Plumbing.
