Worst customer service ever. Walked in 30 minutes before close hoping to schedule an inspection for my vehicle. I had no expectations that they’d inspect my car at all since it was so late but I work far and I can’t get to the place any earlier. There was an elderly gentleman who say behind some glass in clear view of myself and I knew I was in clear view of him. Yet for 15 minutes he ignored me. Didn’t even bother to tell me he’d be with me in a minute and was busy or that they were closed or not taking anymore vehicles. He even walked out and around into the lobby and didn’t say a word to me. I will never return to this location nor will I ever refer anyone here. Unbelievably rude and inconsiderate of the employee. Wasted 15 minutes of my life. He should pay me for the time I wasted standing there.

I have come to this location multiple times in the past month and each time has gotten worse. I went in about a month ago because my car was jerking a lot while driving, when I released the brake the car was accelerating way more than it should, and my brakes were difficult to push when the jerking would occur. Dropped my car off, and they said there were some issues with the brakes. I came and picked up my car, paid the hundreds of dollars and the very next day the issues came back! I went out of town and didn’t drive my car for a few days. When I got back I drove my car and the engine light turned on and the symptoms I originally went in for were still there. Took the car back and spent a lot more money only for the issues to still be there! So yet again I took it back and explained all of this. The manager told me that «the car is fine, but if you really want us to check it we will.» He then drove it around with me and even though I was showing him the acceleration/​idling issues he said «you know cars do that right.» I HAVE DRIVEN MY CAR for 8 years — it’s not normal. I will never ever go to this location again. It is not ok to ignore your customers.

Took my car here for a much needed oil change and just a regular fluid check up. The service was great and the wait time wasn’t that long when I left I went home took a shower went to grab something to eat and then stop at the gas station I checked my oil at the gas station and to my surprise there was no oil in my car! Needless to say I was pissed oil at the gas station and topped off my car I couldn’t believe there was no oil in my carI would never go back here for any type of service

There is nothing bad here, just nothing great. Wait times are longer than I have experienced elsewhere. The staff were a bit distracted but courteous. Services were performed well. Overall, an OK experience.

This place is not bad if you know how to prepare for it. Make an appointment, go super early– like be the first person there early, bring things to do that are non wifi or just watch whatever they have playing on TV. You can also leave and come back. Here’s what I did– I called, made an appointment, got there early and dropped off my car, ordered a Lyft ride and made it to work, they called me and told me my car was ready, my coworker dropped me off during lunch. There will always be a line to talk to anyone but I paid for my stuff and was out the door. The job they did was basic– new tires, 1 part replacement and an oil change. They went over everything and got my approval, did the job. yes its slow, yes its boring in there but they did the job and my car is fine.

This place is painfully slow for basic services. There’s absolutely nothing you can walk to while you wait. While the location is clean, it is cluttered and the wifi is very very slow.

What a waste of time — I called ahead to see if I should schedule an appointment to get some tires replaced, and was told to bring my car in right away because it was slow and there would be no wait. I showed up immediately and proceeded to wait an hour before giving up and getting my keys back. I’m angry because I could have just dropped it off and come back, had the service tech been honest with me.

I took my car in for a check engine light spent 2300 on everything they said what was wrong with it picked up the car with in two hours the check engine light came right back on. Called to talk to the manager he couldn’t give me an explanation on why so u charged me 2300 and u can’t tell me why my check engine light is on. So I had to go down there and explain that they was in the wrong I payed all this money didn’t fix the problem. Worst service they just need to be tires only complete car care is a lie they don’t know nothing about anything but tires

I was very skeptical about taking my car to a new place, especially to a business I have never been to before but I had a groupon for an alignment and I needed one desperately. Upon arriving to this location it seemed like a typical automotive business. I gave them my keys and was told my wait time would be an hour and a half to two hours. I came in at 9 a.m. Mid-​way through my service I was informed by Joaquin about other issues with my car and he even showed me and gave me an honest opinion of how long I needed to wait to get it fixed. I went ahead and took his offer on one of his recommendations and waited on the other merely because of financial reasons. I didn’t in any way feel pressured or like I was making a bad decision. Joaquin had great customer skills and was very knowledgeable in the services he was discussing with me. I got an alignment and two new tires put on in less than the time I was told for a GREAT price! I was not a Firestone customer before today but I will definitely be back. Head over to Firestone and ask for Joaquin, he’s awesome at what he does!

I am in firestone now. I brought my car for winter car care package. I was told that it will take 1 – 1.5 hours. It has been 2 hours and 35 minutes and my car is still not ready. They don’t even apologize.
P. S. For the sake of fairness, I should say that I received my car after around 2 hours and 40 mins. and they did’t charge $ 9.99 (the cost of the deal) as an apology. I increased my review from 1 star to 2 stars.

This place has horrible service. I have come here twice due to location convenience to where I live and am regretting it both times. Two hours to change out two tires and second time it took almost four hours for one tire. The staff was lukewarm in customer service to say the least. I don’t know how this place stays in business.

Great service. Honest workers who aren’t trying to scam you.

I’m not usually in this part of town for auto work, but as it happened, I picked up a nasty screw in my tire in a parking lot nearby on a Sunday afternoon. Not what I was expecting to take home from an art exhibition, but there it was in all its glory.
A quick internet search turned up a Firestone Tire Center a mile away, and open on Sunday! I called to make sure, and the guy said to bring it in. They were busy working when I arrived, but they fit me in with a patch and plug, and I was on my way in about an hour. Other customers were there getting new tires, and they seemed to have quick turnaround as well. I didn’t check their tire prices, but the flax fix was $ 31. Expensive, but they did it quickly, and at that point, that’s all I cared about.
Based on my experience and the other reviews I’ve read, as long as you stick to tires here, you’ll be okay. Good customer service, and right by the new ACC Highland campus.

Hands down THE WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. I made an appointment and they did not honor it. I had a coupon for a full brake service for $ 99.99 and after sitting for 1.5 hours for my car to even enter the garage, they tell me that I need to pay even more for services I did not request. I would highly recommend you go elsewhere. I guess you truly get what you pay for. Luckily I walked away from this mess.

I had a couple flats and wanted to get some nice new tires. I was short in cash and Gary (who I think is the manager) was very honest with me. He showed me how much he pays for them and showed me how much he could lower the price in order to still make some profit. I was able to get 4 nice tires and he was super cool. The free coffee was great and travel channel kept me entertained while they worked on my baby. I’ll definitely be back here.

I have been worried about my brakes for two years. I took my car to Firestone and they explained what the problem was that had been causing my ABS to lock-​up prematurely and replace the brake fluid, routers, and brake pads. My car is driving like new! Thank you to their staff, and I especially appreciate Joaquin for being kind enough to explain the technical jargon of cars to a non car savvy individual.

Went in on Sunday to get some Bridgestone Ecopia tires but they didn’t have them. Steve ordered the tires from Houston and has tentatively scheduled the install for Tuesday or Wednesday; I signed up for the card offer and got approved quickly.
Product knowledge was limited but the associate made sure he tried his best to take care of me.

Spacious inside and out. I like how there is a drive thru area where you can pick up your car like in a dealership.

To be blunt, this Firestone tried I swindle me. I went in because if a squeak in my breaks. The guy came out and told me that not only did I need to replace me rear pads, but that I also needed to replace my calipers. He told me that one side was barely warn down and that the other was so thin that it would probably wear down in the next day (…what are the odds of that!?). He then told me that it would cost upwards of $ 700 an that he would need to special order parts.
Needless to say, I got a second opinion. I Unilocaled break repair in Austin, chose the highest rated place, and took my car in. They told me that though I needed my pads replaced, the variation from right wear to left was so minute that it could probably be fixed with some lubrication. What does this all mean? Well, basically it means that I got my car fixed for $ 250 and have had no problems.
Firestone employed tactics of fear and gross exaggeration while exploiting my naïveté to attempt to basically steal $ 500 from me. I do not recommend you trust them, and suggest you ALWAYS get a second opinion.

Chris was very helpful and we had a very positive experience at this location because of him.
We had two vehicles that we brought in: one needed a replacement battery and the other needed an oil change.
When we called ahead, Chris told us to bring it right in (unlike the other Firestone locations we called who advised that they were too busy and to bring it tomorrow, or gave us ridiculously long wait times). You can tell he wanted our business.
He was very friendly when we arrived and told us he’d give us a call when it was finished. Pretty straight-​forward.
The checkout process was the most exciting. On one vehicle, he noted a slightly dirty air filter, but said it does not need replacement yet. He also noticed the wearing on the tires but pointed out it was not critical and suggested we hold off for now. On the other vehicle, «nothing to report,» which is an absolute FIRST for me.
I really liked this Firestone and walked out looking forward to my next visit.
