Chris will tell you he can build your outdoor kitchen in ten days — ten weeks is closer. I had to hire an electrician to undo what his electrician did and his plumber never showed. My painter took over to fix their rookie job. The invoicing was a changing document where wording was added to the original agreement (print one if you use them, as he uses an online document that can be changed and previous versions are not available, even thru saved emails).
Finally, and perhaps most disappointing; the grill itself is inferior. I bought their best and will likely replace it very soon — grates warp with moderate heat — do NOT turn the heat to full or the entire grill will likely warp or worse.
Buy a quality grill and get a professional to build your outdoor kitchen. You will not pay much more and the quality and enjoyment will be worth the small extra, not to mention the lower level of frustration.

Chris of Flo grills threatened to put a lien on us before the project was even close to being completed. As other reviewers have said he tried to charge us for components we didn’t use. He also tried to charge us 500 dollars for picking up 2 boxes of tile valued at 50 dollars that was needed because his workers botched the design. He would continually say they were finished and then demand his remaining payment when the work was not completed. I would send pictures of what was left then he would say I guess I was wrong. In addition he told us an employee was the electrician and the employee told me he wasn’t. Hence all the electrical outlets did not work and we had to hire a licensed electrician to make it safe. He also accused Us for being from California even though we have been living here for 15 years. What does that have to do with anything? Truth be told we always count on contingencies and acts of God when doing new builds, and any kinda construction jobs. We also did not have any adds or changes to this project. He told us 4 days but we new it would be more. It was two weeks over schedule. So no problem. The problem was with this guys attitude. And not once to this day did he personally say thanks or ask if we are happy with the finished project. I feel he is knowledgeable about bbq components but I cannot recommend him or his business for custom outdoor kitchen builds.

Around one month ago, I contacted Flo Grills for a estimate for an outdoor kitchen. Chris came out on time for the appointment, and took a look at the area on the patio for the kitchen. He seemed fairly knowledgeable regarding materials and made suggestions on different options, so I was interested to see his plan and quote… but that never happened!!! After leaving that day, I waited a week with no contact. I attempted to contact but no replies. Not sure what the deal was but this company will never get my business.
