Fort Branch At Trumans Landing

I lived in these apartments for two years and part of that time it was just my daughter and i. I LOVED living here! The staff is friendly and helpful. They were bought out half way through my stay and things just got better. Any time we had a maintenance issue it was handled immediately. I never lost packages which happened at previous apartment places. Above all I always felt safe. Which was big for me because of all the reviews I have read. They are very no nonsense which might have started after I moved in. So if you dont have your ducks in a row they just move you out. The only reason we moved out is the drive is just to far from work. Such a great experience compared to other complexes we’ve lived in.

This complex has the worst management, especially Kelly, the office manager, of any place I’ve ever lived. The apts look nice and they are from the outside. If you enjoy theft, violence, drama, racism, and never having your requests in writing taken seriously. You will absolutely love this place. I have service animals. We have been chased by smaller, uncaring owners who think its cute to let their dogs roam at large. I’ve been bit, and ended up with broken fingers as a result. My service dog, who is larger, was bitten many times, which I reported, and when she subsequently finally bit back and put the offending dog down, I was attacked by my neighbours as a dog killer and rumor has“children killer”. Unfounded, but said. I’m moving. 8 break-​ins, 6 car burglaries, gas siphoning. No more…
