Forte Properties

I recently bought a condo and used realtors Erika Gutierrez and Chris Casperson. I cannot say enough amazing things about this amazing team. I went through a whirlwind of properties and issues and these two were by my side walking me through it the entire time. Erika is such a strong realtor and has no problems with taking charge. Anything I needed she was all over it. We had to unfortunately deal with a seller who was also the listing agent of her property. Two weeks before I was supposed to move, the whole deal fell through to no fault of mine. The seller/​listing agent refused to give our earnest money back to us. Chris and Erika fought tooth and nail for this money. They did not give up and we eventually got this woman to sign the release of the earnest money. I was devastated about losing the property but within a week Erika found a better condo for me and our bid went through and I was moved in a month later. I’m so happy! They are THE BEST in the business!!!
