I have been coming here off and on for several years and do not remember ever being greeted or treated well. The same 2 women(1 older, 1 younger) act as though I’m the biggest inconvenience of the day, regardless of whether they are busy or just sitting around. How can a company that deals with customers on a day-to-day business continue to have lousy customer service? Despite the convenient location, this was my last time to give this place my business or recommendation.

Be careful with this outfit, if you’re not diligent they will try and charge you for dry cleaning instead of laundering. Both times I’ve used them, I had a conversation with them regarding the shirts I brought it. I told them I wanted them laundered and not dry-cleaned as they are washable linen. For the second(and last) time I went to pick up my shirts, the bill was $ 68.00 for 9($ 2.50) shirts and 2 pants. When questioned, they said they automatically cater to the tag and not request. I showed them the tag and told them that the last time I was in, we had this convo. I requested the mgr and Anna comes up and begrudgingly honors the $ 2.50 shirt price, but not without a harsh lecture about buttons being burned and she tells her clerk to put in my notes, «put in there that he doesn’t mind burned patches and broken buttons». Really Anna? Thanks. I won’t be using your services anymore. How does a place with this horrible disregard to it’s clientele survive? I felt like I needed a shower after I left it was so slimy! There are much better options out there my Circle C peeps! This place would do better being a brew house or something because as it is now, it’s a waste of good real estate.

I went to drop off dry cleaning yesterday afternoon. When I walked into the store I was friendly and said hello to the woman working. I got no response. I said hello again. This time she replied with«Name?» I told her that I’d never been in before. Again she said«Name?» She was so rude both times that she spoke to me so I asked her if I was inconveniencing her. I told her it seemed like she was annoyed and that if I needed to take my business elsewhere, I would. She said, «It’s just that we’re about to close.» I told her that being a new customer I wouldn’t know that. I started to give her my name and start an account, but her demeanor never changed. I just told her that I didn’t feel comfortable leaving my clothing with her since it was so clear that I was disrupting her day. I left and I don’t plan on returning. Customer service is lost.

Terrible(cheap) company policy, refused to take my valid coupon from the internet at drop off, because it was not printed out from my computer on paper. Who has time to print coupons out? Would not let me bring a printed coupon back with me when I picked the clothes up. The employee was rude, the facility was nothing special. I took my clothes back, drove across the street to Jack Brown Cleaners showed them my internet coupons(they accept multiple coupons vs. 4 sons that’ll not combine coupons) on my phone, they accepted all of them, were friendly, clean, and my clothes were perfect when I picked them up the next day.

I have been to this location twice now and received the same rude, put out attitude from the same employee… I’m over it. I will gladly pay a bit more for some service.

Most expensive dry cleaner I’ve ever been to. Wouldn’t take my coupon at time of pick up; said owner is a stickler about coupons being shown when you drop off your clothes. Well I’m a stickler for good customer service, so it looks like I won’t be going back! Hope the owner reads this and changes his policy, as I do not see the difference in providing a coupon at drop off as opposed to pick up. Shady.

If you remember to bring the coupon from their website, the prices are fine, and clothes are ready either same day or the next morning. Last time I was in, they broke a button on a dress shirt. I’ve had bad experiences with other cleaners(cough MESA cough) trying to avoid fixing things they messed up, but Four Sons quickly took care of it with no argument.

Gave 4 Sons’ a try since I’ve been disappointed with the service provided by the other neighborhood cleaner. So far, I’m a fan.
