I HIGHLY recommend Ryan of Austin Computer Repair Tech. A lot of the Tech companies don’t get the customer service side. Ryan offers service with a smile. He is also so efficient with his time/​your money. Do yourself a favor and call this guy, you won’t be sorry.

Ryan installs home security /​video cameras in addition to his computer work. I found him on-​line when I was searching for an installer of a home security camera system. He installed 4 cameras, a DVR, all of the wiring (power and video), set it all up to be viewable on all of my TVs (direct viewing) and internet/​computer devices (remote /​internet viewing) and configured everything for me.
He provided a very reasonable quote and was very professional and I am very happy with the results /​work completed.
The system is still working great, even 8+ months after!
I have contacted Ryan to come out and help me twice since install. Once because I switched internet providers (which required changes to the internet ‘sharing’ settings) and once because one of the cameras appeared to stop working (required some re-​securing of video cables due to another contractor at my house hitting them by accident)…both times Ryan came out quickly and was professional and fixed the issues promptly!
It has been nothing but a good experience working with Ryan. I certainly would recommend him for home security camera installs and will certainly use him again (if I purchase another home or for work/​maintenance on my existing system).
Definitely a 5 star experience!
