Great customer service and timely!

Great products and excellent service. Have used multiple times and have really come through, even with tight timelines. They have printed two backdrops, two tablecloths, and two pop-​ups for me. Very thorough in their customer service and guiding you to the right choices.

I usually ignore direct mail advertising. It can’t go into the recycle bin quickly enough! But we were getting ready for a trade show, and Giant Printing’s postcard arrived just as we were thinking about our booth graphics, and the style and value caught my eye. I warily gave them a call, and was impressed by what I heard. It was obvious that customer service and quality were foremost on their agenda.
We had our 8’x10’ booth banner printed, and everything about the process was great. Their responsiveness, communications, and professionalism really came through. When our banner arrived (early, I might add), we were so pleased with the quality! It just looked fantastic. The feel and look of the fabric was just right on.
The one slight downside I would have is that once we got to the trade show, due to the way the booth was set up (we had a 10×20 booth, with the banner mounted in the center of the long back wall), the banner could not be mounted as tautly and cleanly as it would have in a 10×10 booth, but that is not Giant Printing’s fault! We certainly knew going in that it could be an issue. The banner looked great, even with a few bumps and wrinkles.
I would highly recommend Giant Printing’s work. It is good value, and good quality.

I don’t know which I love more, the quality of the banners (I got an 8×20′ and an 8×10′), how fast and easy it was to put them up, how great they looked in our booth, or how fast and helpful the service was.

I’m a big fan of this company and their staff/​owner. From inception of each order I place until completion of the 10′, 15′ and 20′ backdrops we receive the communication is beyond reproach. The quality of the material and the colors always impress me and our trade show booth visitors. I have bought about a dozen backdrops and about 4 – 5 full-​color printed tablecloths from Howard/​Ruth in the last 2 years. One of the things I like is their responsiveness via email. I try to avoid phone calls so I can keep a communications trail — which really matters when shipping to different sites/​shows/​hotel guests. I am almost sure they’ll dislike me saying this — but I often order within 2 – 3 weeks of the drop-​dead due date — and they meet the deadline every time up!

Giant Printing created just what we needed! I recently purchased 2 banners from Howard for a volleyball club. He was very easy to work with, explained everything and the finished product was amazing. The banners are so much better than the plastic/​vinyl banners that we purchased elsewhere in the past. I love that we can fold up and fit into a small bag. We have received many compliments on the vibrant colors of the print. I have also had people ask where I had those made and could they order from you too!

ReachMaster, Inc. discovered Giant Printing on the internet (based in Texas just like us!) We called in urgent need of an 8’x 10′ tradeshow backdrop… that we needed in a few days. I spoke to Howard, the owner, and he recommended a stock photo site online, how to position our information on the picture, and walked us through the entire procedure with many phone calls and emails in-​between. We had to have this in 5 days and it arrived within 3 days. I also had to get instructions from Howard regarding how to upload the art files via their FTP site and he not only instructed me on how to do it, but recommended a new plugin that not only made this particular process easier, but is something I will use in the future for other things. The service was excellent. The best part was when we opened up the bag (which the backdrop was folded in), there was not one wrinkle on the backdrop. The fabric has a great quality to it and above all, the clarity of the picture and the rich «true» colors are picture perfect. We were so excited about our new «find» of Giant Printing and the fact they will follow through with what they say they will do and their product speaks for itself. We will plan to use them in the future for many more things.

Giant Printing is local Austin company that provides high quality banners and other marketing materials. They use dye-​sublimation printing transferring your image to paper and then to polyester cloth.
While the products look nice, Howard, the owner, is abrasive and lacks the face-​to-​face skills necessary for a successful business.

We recently used Giant Printing for an Expo backdrop. I am so glad we used Giant as their products are far superior than the competitors and we also love the hidden hanging devices so the backdrop was smooth with no grommets! I really loved that I was able to fold up the back drop and hangers into their handy travel bag and put it into my suitcase! But above all that, their customer service and care is the best!
