Dishonest people!
Bought a GroupOn for these guys. Called the # on the GroupOn, some guy named Marshall said he had just bought the biz and wasn’t responsible for the GroupOns they sold. He gave me Alex’s number, said Alex was the one responsible. Alex set me up for an appointment time and told me it was Marshall’s responsiblity and that Marshall would definitely be there. No one showed up at the appointed time, and when I called back both numbers multiple times, they would not answer. Left messages, and neither would call back.
Shady, don’t deal with them.

Very pleased with the service. My windows look great! There was some trouble taking one screen off and he called me to ask if I wanted him to take it off as there was the potential that it may be damaged, which I thought was great versus the break now, ask later philosophy. They were prompt, professional, and did a very good job.
I took one star off because the bedroom windows have the dividers splitting them into different panes (can’t remember the term) and they got the main part of the dirt but didn’t make sure all of the corners were totally clean so there was some dirt/​film left around some of the edges. Overall, very happy with the service for the price and would hire again.

I am shocked to find any good reviews for these guys. After making an appt well in advance I ended up calling because they were late for my appt. They claimed to have had a flat tire? This was my first red flag. Then once they arrived to clean my windows they began to make excuses as to why they should reschedule for another day. I explained to them that I had already waited almost 3 wks and I wanted them done that day. The owner started telling me that he didn’t realize that I had divided window panes and there were windows on the side of my front door AND I had 2 arches on 2 of the windows??? He then told me it would cost more and he wasn’t sure he had a 6″ scrubber to use on the windows next to my door??? My first thought was to use a towel, etc because the 2 side windows were nothing compaired to all of the other windows. After walking my property he requoted me a price which was over $ 100. more for the job. I wanted them done this day so I said ok. He then rang my doorbell again to say that he really wanted to do it another day. Obviously, he did not want to work that day. I told him nevermind. I had my windows cleaned by another company and their price was not only lower, it also included the rescreening of 9 windows! I don;t even recall seeing a tall ladder on the very small green vehicle that the Green Scene drove??? They must have left it where they were changing their tire??? I would NOT reccommend this company to anyone. I guess the «Green» comes from the fact that they don’t like to work so they don’t use any chemicals.
