Green Zone Home did an energy audit on my home recently while we were preparing to sell it. The buyers wanted the report right away. I called the inspector on a Sunday and he got me the audit report immediately, which was very helpful and helped our negotiation go more smoothly. Thank you!

I’m in the process of selling my house, and Austin has a new law that requires Home Sellers to get a Energy Audit to be added to the disclosures. So, I called up Green Zone Home who does Energy Audits as well as other stuff. They came out and did a real thorough inspection. They discovered a issue with my Air Conditioner Return Duct that has been causing my air conditioner to pull hot air from the attic, as well as from the walls of my house. They then recommended a Air Conditioner company that will fix the problem. Essentially they are saving me and/​or the new home owner $ 100’s per year.
