Really strange problems with these guys! I heard that a lot of people had issues with their deposits being withheld over supposedly false damages to the room, but that’s not what happened to me – actually, they agreed to return the entirety of my rent, but just sent it to the wrong place! Now they are refusing to send it to my actual address. So, don’t expect to get your deposit back, I guess. Be careful around Greystar properties generally, they are not a trustworthy company.

Only concern is profit not tenants. RIP OFF ALERT This company took over the Estancia Apt on SR71 where I lived for 3 years. They have changed the apartment name to Bell Hill Country Apt. probably to escape the horrible reputation that it earned as Estancia. Never the less this management company is in charge and running a bad organization. Have to make multiple calls to get any maintenance done and then they show up an don’t fix the issue claiming Management wont spend the money. Dog poop everywhere and dogs off leash are the rule not the exception. I even got bite once and there management didn’t do anything to the owner and the dog was allowed to stay at the property. 6 weeks after move out they send me a bill for close to $ 600 and loss of deposit claiming we left it dirty and damaged and trashed. I asked for pictures and they send me a pic of a decorative planted hanger missed on the back porch — a charge of $ 50 to remove it ??? They send me pic of a paint scrape on a door frame and a missed nail hole not fixed and a charge of $ 100 damage– when this is normal use and where and a over 3 year occupancy. They attempt to charge me for 3 months water bills when it was payed monthly with rent, they even listed the dates of water charge Nov thru Feb? and a $ 100 charge for a smudge of cleaner missed on the control panel of the microwave. RIP OFF ALERT Use extreme caution before doing business with these folks.

Greystar leasing agents will say whatever it takes to sign a lease, lies, untrure s. Deception. And also discuss you personal and business affairs with other residents that you have to live with in there property day after day. SO UNPROFESSIONAL

Greystar really needs to get their act together. They pride themselves on ‘managing’ property, but I see no management of the rental property where I reside. Calling their office is pointless; you’ll just be redirected to the voicemail of someone with some BS made up property management title like any other poorly run operation. Their employees are rude and condescending and speak to you like a child. To be frank, if acted they way Greystar employees have acted towards me at my job, I would be fired.
