H&R Block

A waste of time. I had to wait 2 hours just to have a lady sign off on something. Apparently she was the only one in the building that had the authority to review a California tax return. I asked «Why didn’t they schedule me with her when I told them over the phone that I also had a CA return?» The lady at the front desk threw her arms up in the air with a confused look on her face. Everyone was afraid to interrupt her, so they kept assisting other customers. Lourdes, who I was working with was so rude and unprofessional. Her phone was constantly vibrating from texts. She entered information incorrectly and also had to look up one of my forms because she didn’t know what it was. I don’t know jack shit about taxes and I even knew what it was. I just really hope that all of my information was entered correctly. At the end, she laughed in my face and got very nasty with me when I asked for a discount after waiting for 3 hours. Definitely won’t be coming back here.
