I have Hard Target protecting both my home and my business and have been extremely pleased with the service (during install) and with the billing. The Install in both locations was quick and painless — the installer was extremely professional and made certain that I understood why he was doing the things that he was doing and how to operate the system. The business install was a little more straightforward but still the installer was very informative and helped walk me through the operational questions that I had.
I have recommended Hard Target to several friends for their home security needs and will continue to do so

I recently needed some help with an alarm control box… you know the situation — a house with an alarm but no one knows the alarm codes to arm/​disarm? I called Quantuum (the system had their sticker on it) ADT, and ASG but none of them would even offer advice… that’s when I called HTS (Hard Target). Bill responded and after a few questions, agreed to take a look at the system to see if he could reset it to default and give us a code that would work… in less than one day HTS /​Bill had diagnosed the problem, fixed it and replaced the backup battery!
Thank you Bill and HTS you are awesome! I highly recommend HTS ! it’s real customer first service!

I have been with Hard Target since I started my business. The installer was on time, and he thought it was be a very simple install, a couple of door sensors and panel. It was a little more complicated than he thought but he was still very quick and very professional. The install is very clean and the wires are hidden, the motion sensors are in areas where they cover my office but are hidden from view.
Being a local company with a large variety of services makes me know I chose the right security company.
