First, Alyssa was amazing and maybe because it was a late lunch my father-in-law and I were greeted immediately, in a very friendly way, and offered drinks. Alyssa was pleasant, attentive and we loved her… smile, yes, her smile was wonderful. LOL! Kidding, she did have a wonderful smile. I had nachos and a margarita. Dad had a beer and incredible cheese sticks. The jalapeño’s are so fresh, crisp, and on fire! Plenty of parking, sports on all stations, and great service. Thanks!

I’m beyond disgusted. I placed an order 5 days ago. A large to go order for a corporate lunch. It was supposed to be ready at 11 am. I arrived and the cook told me «I told them it was a real order». They hadn’t even started my order, so I was already angry. Then the manager comes up to me and explains that they don’t open until 11 so they can go ahead and start the order, or I can go somewhere else. Really??? I told her if that’s the case they should not have 11am available as a pick up time. She had a snooty matter of fact attitude and for someone COMPLETELYATFAULTOPERATINGASTHEFACEOFYOURBUSINESS I JUSTFEELLIKESHEFAILEDCOMPLETELY. I called the GM, but he hasn’t responded. They didn’t even offer me a discount. They’re halfway done with my order, it’s 30 minutes late already. You want a nice view do yourself a favor and go to twin peaks instead. These people SUCK

Each time we go it gets worse. Finally horrible enough to write a review. We went a few days ago and it looked like a war zone. Servers running around sweating. Literally half of the restaurant was open seating with no service. We were instructed that we’d have to stand at an overwhelming full bar and order our drinks and food. Then we’d have to pick up from the heat lamp at kitchen area after went back for our drinks! We stood in line waiting to order for like 20 minutes before we gave up and went elsewhere. I’m really sad this location has fallen so badly. I’m hoping corporate gets involved, because we used to love going there.

They suggested that they’re gonna bring some hamburger buns with that. Um okay… are you stupid. Whatever. At least the owner was super nice and was trying to accommodate us. But still. It was the worst experience ever.

Took an hour to get a table, 1 hour to get good only to get it back cold. This is the 3rd visit in the last 12 months and my experience had been similar each time.

Worst waitress of my life. Sorry but it doesn’t like 30 minutes to get a pitcher of Miller lite. Or take our order.

I’ve been to this Hooters about a dozen times in 2015. I’m a bus commuter, and Hooters is where I switch bus’s. My «layover» if you will. I also go to watch sports and drink beer. The last 4 times I have walked in I’ve been faced with the«Please wait to be seated» sign. 10 minutes into the wait I can’t help but feel like the victim of a trick. I even walk in passed the door to try and catch someone’s eye and it appears I’m invisible.(I’m not runway material, but I didn’t fall off an ugly tree and hit every stick.) I’m a bit offended that no one’s watching the door. Maybe it’s that I look like I’m 25 and these«peers» aren’t really taking me seriously, as most single men patrons here are older – which of course can be argued into less of a tip etc. But c’mon…you could at least seat me, remove the sign, or have a «please seat yourself» sign. Another strange I’ve only seen at this Hooters is that 1 part of the restaurant always has these«reserved» signs to block them off. Even when the entire other half is nearing capacity these signs remain. What’s the deal with that? I’ve been there nearly 2 hours watching a game and an arriving party never seems to show. Would it kill the staff to spread out a bit? These are mostly things responsible by management, not the waitresses. As far as the waitresses, never had an unfriendly one. I’ve even had a couple, dare I say, great ones. One thing that has been a constant is the delay of the first drinks arrival. Come one now… get that first drink out, THEN give a chance to look at the menu. I’m a beer drinker, but even when I only order water, it’s like I have a sign on that says, «Please ignore me.» A little more sense of service could be tolerated from the beginning. Sunday I had one that got my drink order, it was still slow, but not way, way slow like in the past. After I told her I wasn’t ordering food, and after she made sure a few other tables in her area were topped off, she joins another table and probably sits there for like 15 – 20 minutes. I understand that some waitresses want to sit down for a few and get to know patrons paying their tip, or visit with their regulars. But she was sitting directly behind me and these fellas were caressing her back, doing the whole 9 yrds that creep out women. She was either a trooper or just into it. I heard a question, «Did you ever drink that wine?» Answered, «Yeah I did, last week before work haha!» That sounds about right. l in all I was a bit creeped out, but mainly from the patrons. I went to Bone Daddy’s with work friends last week. Holy moly, the ladies, service, and food is all more talented there by the thousands. I realize this isn’t Glassdoor, but my advice to Management is that they need an overhaul.

Waited fifteen minutes with no one stopping at our table to take drink orders so we figured maybe we got a table where the wait person had too many to handle so we moved to another. Fifteen minutes later still(more than thirty total at the restaurant) we left, despite 40° temps and rain. Walking another half mile to another restaurant simply because they ignored us for that long.

Leaving the Long Center after seeing the Blue Man Group perform we walked to the Hooters across the street to get out of the cold rain and get some Daytonas into us to warm us up a bit. Unfortunately, service isn’t big on their list at this location. We followed the Please Seat Yourself sign posted at the entrance and found a table. The place was maybe 70% full so finding a table was easy enough. And then we waited. And waited. And waited. I made eye contact with several waitresses so I know they saw us sitting at our table waiting for someone to take our orders. What I did not see was a manager. After about 10 minutes of waiting I asked a waitress and was told she’d be back in a minute. And so we waited. And waited. And waited. After about 20 minutes of waiting and receiving NOSERVICE we made a point to try to find the manager. If there was a manager on duty they had hidden themself away quite well and we were unable to locate them.

What happen to this place? Y’all use to be beautiful. Waited forever for everything. How hard is it to pour beer. All you can eat chicken tenders. Not tenders more like chicken bites. Place is a joke.

A group of 7 of us took a co-worker here for his birthday. We arrived a little after noon on a Monday, and were greeted by four Hooters girls standing idle around the hostess station.(In retrospect, I see this was a red flag.) The restaurant was slow; there were several tables and a few 1 – 3 person parties seated at the bar, but it was nowhere close to full and there was ample seating both at the bar and at tables throughout. They appeared well staffed in the front of the house and there was a waitress working the bar, but we noticed only two cooks in the kitchen after-the-fact.(Again, red flag.) Our server was friendly enough and we ordered right away, as we only had an hour allotted for lunch due to work. Our food didn’t arrive for over FORTY minutes, and when it did we were short a grilled chicken salad — which let’s be honest here, should’ve been the quickest, easiest thing to make. I sat and watched the rest of the table eat for ten minutes until they finally brought my salad, which by that time everyone had finished eating. Our waitress disappeared at several points and was apparently talking to a guy at the entrance, which appeared to be personal. Tick. Tock. Check please??? Clearly no concept of priorities for a waitress waiting a weekday lunch. I realize that people don’t go to Hooters for the food, but they do go for the experience. And this experience was lacking altogether. Off topic but quasi-related: Hooters employment should be contingent on an active gym membership. That is all.

If you want to chance living as Charlie Sheen this is your place. Well pasts it’s time. It is filthy and nasty and you will never guess what is next. They ran out of Miller Lite and Coors Light. I waited an hour for my wings that showed up cold. The bathroom has an «nice» layer of water on the floor. The manager offered to replace my wings which I waited another half hour for and never received. It is time to shutter the doors and close this place down. I am surprised the city hasn’t closed it.

First time here at this hooters. Its a saturday night, i.e. everyone will be out partying. Walk in, no greeting, no staff around. Sit down and not a waitress around and no service for 10 min. So we switch to the bar. Takes about 4 min before the bartender even acknowledges us. Mind you that the place is only 30% ish full. Get our drinks. Still only see 2 waitress attendin the floor and 3 of em hanging out by the cash register. Terrible service. Ok food. No wonder tilted kilt is beating hooters in sales.

Service was awful, fries were cold, drinks were empty, and the floor was filthy. I’ve ate in MANY hooters and this is by far the worst. No need for a lengthy review as I will not eat here again.

First time ever been to A Hooters, tried NYC and LA since. This was super great, there were no waiting time and I could sit wherever I wanted. I went to a table near one of the many flatscreen because I wanted to see Manchester United play Champions League. Karly was my server and was super nice. She was always there when needed she seemed super interested and did her job really well! She changed the channel so I could see United, and even asked if I wanted sound. All in all the food, the service and Karly was amazing 5 stars!

I am a very big fan of this location dont know why, today was the worst time ever for me. Not complaining about the hostess and waitress. Dont know whats going on with them today, takes 40 min for the appetizers, takes 20 min for the bottle of beers, can you believe that hooters is out of order for draft beers, Bar tender and waitress are having problems, Monday funday all you can eat wings was a junk. No manager around… Hey but i will still go there. I just felt bad today.

That was the nastiest bathroom I’ve ever seen when I told them about it I watched the manager come out of the bathroom laughing. I posted the pictures on Facebook and had a friend of mine told me in August it was almost just as bad. The manager apologized and said he cleaned it but all he did was pick up the trash there was trash filled up in the men’s bathroom 2 feet above the trashcan and three overflowing trash cans in the girls bathroom with tampons all over the floor!!!

First review on Unilocal, maybe 2 stars is a little generous. Staff is slow, the bartender, Kaelyn was the worse. Forgot our drinks, sides and wouldn’t check in with us. When she picked up our plates, she didn’t bother asking us for anything even though we’ve been waiting on drinks and our checks for a while. Spent more time on her cell phone than she did helping us. The last few times here were just as disappointing. What happened to this place? It used to be great in the 90’s. The kitchen staff is great, food came out quick. That second star is for them. I’m usually a pretty laid back guy and don’t bother with Unilocal, but this place is getting worse and worse. I can’t keep giving this place another chance.

Had a really great experience. Food was great. And service was great as well. Had the all you can eat wings on Mondays. The wings were hot and great. Also someone at the table had a burger. It was great. Only complaint was no draft beer. Taps were broke.

The all you can eat wings all day special was awesome! I had some naked and breaded 911 wings and they were delicious. We also ordered a burger and it was very good as well. The only complaint is that the draft beer wasn’t working so I just stayed with water and ate more wings… winning. The service was very good and we got our wing refills promptly and the drinks never got empty. Our server Whitney was great and really nice. Will definitely return.
