Hudson Miramont Apartments

There were a few things that didn’t work for me when I was first living here but now I miss my apartment more than ever if only the location were a little closer to civilization as I like to say haha I would not hesitate to move back very small, quiet, clean, dog friendly .gym is available ²⁴⁄₇ and has beautiful hill country scenery loved loved loved it!

We lived here for five years and started a family here. Great memories. First, the good: beautiful location, quiet neighborhood, spacious and beautiful apartments. No doubt about it. The maintenance crew is great.
The not so good: The office staff… Living there for so long you’d think there would be a sense of community. Management insists on treating people in a condescending way and at times, they made us feel as if talking to us was a drag (specially at move out time when trying to get a clear understanding of what is owed). Something I always found unprofessional was seeing management at the pool every weekend and hear them gossiping.
Kristin was always great and sweet but she’s gone now.
The front office staff was ever changing and very hard to get accurate information from. But any complaint or critique was met by management with a very defensive tone.
If the main focus would shift from satisfying «the owner» (who management blames a lot on) to providing customer service and raising the level of professionalism, this place would be perfect.

I absolutely love my apartment. Kristin in the front office has been nothing but amazing to my husband and I when it came to moving in short notice. The cons: The parking is rough so my husband and I opted to get covered parking, but it’s expected at an apartment so we weren’t too worried about that. The dishwasher is awful (we had the same one in our last apartment), and the kitchen cabinets and countertops are outdated. The pros: It is super quiet and calm, the apartment is spacious, office staff and maintenance is outstanding, valet trash (picked up at 8pm), nice neighbors. We haven’t lived here a month yet and I already know that we made the right choice. It’s a little expensive, but the pros make up for it. :)

My mom lives here and likes it a lot. She negotiated the price (with a little comparison wheel and deal between them and apts next door) and ended up with a first floor by the pool for a great price. The area is relaxing and just a short walk to the Natural Gardener which is awesome too. They have a gym, great pool, nice clubhouse, place to walk the dog, ample parking and it is nice and quiet. Her neighbors are really nice too.
