We recently had a residential roof replaced and found working with ibuild to be very easy. They walked us through the insurance explanation of payment and were quick to complete the roof replacement the next week as requested.
I would be remiss without mentioning how Stuart was very patient with all our questions and providing detailed answers, which put us at ease.

We had some horrible electrical problems in our 5 year old home. iBuild came, made an assessment and stayed until they fixed the breaker box. We are very thankful and we highly recommend this company. They are professional and punctual.

Stuart and his crew came to my rescue when my tenant called and said that there was a leak in their roof. The Ibuild crew worked quickly with my insurance company and installed tarps to prevent further damage to the inside of the home. When the roof supplies were delivered, they installed a beautiful new roof. In the process, they did other needed repairs at a very low cost. All of the staff were conscious of the old roof and nails «trash», they cleaned as they went.
I highly recommend ibuild for the professionalism, the expertise, the cleanliness and the speed that was shown to me on my day of need.

We had an incredibly positive experience with Jon Mark and his team. We contacted him about installing a new roof. From start to finish, he offered excellent customer service. At the beginning of the process, he helped us understand how the insurance process works for a new roof, and at the end of the process, his team had our new roof completely installed in one day. His team even added some extra touches (painting our pipes on the roof, etc.) to make our house look sharp, and they went around and made sure to clean up any debris from the roofing. Really cannot recommend them more highly, particularly given the unfortunate stories we’ve heard regarding other companies. #iBuildShield
