Stay away from this company! The worst customer service I’ve ever experience. Be prepared to be ripped off!

I live in San Antonio, and saw no accountability at any phase of the service. I accidentally left my keys inside the house and did not have a spare. I was quoted $ 30 by the lady on the phone and told that the locksmith would arrive in 15 minutes. After standing outside my house for over 30 minutes, the locksmith arrives and tells me after he has already begun working that the fee will be closer to $ 190. After I called the company back, the lady gave me no answer as to why the quote she gave me was so off base, and she could only apologies for the «misunderstanding». To make things better, when I returned home from work, my door now would not open as it looks to have been damaged. When I called to get assistance on the now damaged door, I was told I would have to pay again for additional service. I am so disgusted by my experience with this company, I don’t see myself calling them again. I do not recommend you do so either. If anybody within the company has any questions for me, they can reference service invoice 31 571.

watch out for this company! be prepared to be ripped off! i called the company for a service call. the csr that answered was short with me but said it would be 10.00 to send someone out and they would give me a price on location. i asked if they where competitive with other companies she said yes. she said the locksmith would be there in 20 minutes.
locksmith arrived 40 minutes later (i had groceries with me) he looks at my car which is a 2001 cavalier. had i had access to a clothes hanger i would of been able to get in my own car in 20min.
he said it will be 75.00 to open the car. i said what??? it is a 2001 car, it has manuel everything and the window is cracked and your going to charge me 75.00??? that is insane. he said, «well, i don’t work for free and it takes money for me to fill my jeep with gas». as rude as that comment was, my frozen foods where ruining so i said can you do anything about the price. he said i guess i can do it for 60.00. even though i felt that was also overpriced i agreed because i did not have time to wait for another comany, i was in a parking lot and it was getting late.
i called several other comapnies throughout the week, and got pricing straight forward over the phone. due to the make and model of my car it was very inexpensive. most other companies charged 30 – 40 dollars and where able to let me know that up front.
after doing my research, i then called the company and asked for the manager, the gentlemen that answered the phone said i am the manager tyler. i said okay so i explained the entire situation and how i felt i had been over charged. he said, «we always charge 75.00» i said why did they not say that when i called, if you always charge that price, why didnt you just say so, then i would have been able to make an informed decision. when i told him that other companies had given me much lower pricing, he said «ya right, give me the names of those companies». i said wow your the manager and you speak to your customers in this manner? he said i am the owner and i will speak to you anyway i want!
i said i can not believe that you treat your customers like that. i will be sure to write as many reviews i can to ensure that the public knows how you do business. he said i don’t care, do whatever you want!
i then hung up on him. i will never use this company again. i could not believe i was talked to like this. they are scam artist and have zero customer service skills. they will charge you 75.00 no matter what. there are much more affordable locksmiths and i encourage you to not use this one and use a comany that is honest and not these disrespectful, lying cheats…

It’s been a while since I got screwed like this. My experience is very similar to Julia O. Lied in the advertisement and again over the phone about the price.
By the time the driver got there, I was stuck: I couldn’t call someone else and couldn’t wait any longer.

We locked our keys in the car at dinner last night. Called ²⁴⁄₇ Immediate Response Locksmith. We were quoted a price of $ 15 which seemed sketchily cheap.
It took for what seemed like forever for the guy to get there. He called 3 times claiming to be lost (we were at Chuy’s). After he unlocked the car he told us that his credit card machine was broken and kept our driver’s license while he followed us to the ATM. SKETCHY #2.
After we got to the ATM he charged us $ 85. He said $ 15 was just to OPEN the car. We called back this morning and was told $ 15 to open the car and $ 40 for labor. When we said we had been charged $ 85 for 2 minutes of work we were told «Oh, well, if that is what the technician thought it was worth».
