We recently were having carpet installed in our home. My first impression was that they were very courteous on the phone. It went downhill from there, we were stood up on the appointment day. Every time I called in I was told that «you are still on the schedule, they will be coming.» Two days later, I get a phone call saying they were on the way. I didn’t even know they were coming that day! I had to leave work and reschedule appointments to make it work. I have no complaints with the carpet or install, but they did no cleanup and left a big mess.
