They make post office look highly efficient. Worst place to do business. I recently ordered a new commercial a.c. unit, for will call. Showed up several days later to pick it up, ticket had never been written! Both salesmen out to lunch. Called San Antonio, got it ordered for Austin pick up. Also, accounts recieveable kept trying to charge me twice for a past order, even after I showed them cancelled check! Do not care attitude from top down.

they have the worst system for buying I have ever seen. You have to call to San Antonio, from their Austin store, to have guys in the Austin warehouse find your product.
