Wow I called Dan Edison for a proposal and asked him if I could email him, I emailed him a proposal(removed the prices) from a proposal I recieved from a another pool builder, the virtual drawings, and the equipment list. I asked if it was possible to get in withing 72hrs because I wanted to select a pool builder ASAP. Well 3 days later I call and he said he still hasn’t had a chance to review it but will do it that night. I called the next day and he acts like he has no idea what I am talking about again and said sorry I didn’t have a chance to finish it and again tells me he will do it that night. Well I gave him another week and I call back and once again I have to remind him about the email I sent him and that I have contacted him about this over a week ago to get a proposal. I asked him to please get me the proposal or If he plans on not giving me one to just let me know. He becomes rude on the phone acting like I had done something to him, and then lets me know he will not be giving me a proposal. This company has some major issues and I would stay away. I am so Thankful I did not choose them as a pool builder because if he is treating me this way as a potential customer think of how he would treat you after he already has your money. All I can say is wow… and stay away. **** There are also more bad reviews for Innovative Pools and Spa, look near the bottom of the page where it says«4 other reviews that are not currently recommended» I am not sure why Unilocal is not putting all the bad reviews up here but they are there****

Évaluation du lieu : 5 Austin, TX
If you are going to build a pool, it’s good to start the process with an idea of what you want(re: size, shape, what’s important to you). We did a ton of research and had multiple companies give us bids on a pool we designed. Ultimately we chose Innovative Pools and Spas based on recommendations from friends who had great experiences with Dan and Brian, the owners. Dan helped design exactly what we wanted and suggested features that were happy with. Construction has recently finished and we are very happy with the results. The pool has transformed our backyard into an Oasis we did not know was possible with a sloped backyard. They get busy, so it took a while for their schedules to permit building our pool. We were in no rush and glad their crews were focused 100% on us(it seemed). We are wrapping up a few odd and ends, but no hesitation in recommending Innovative Pools and Spas in Austin. I’d highly suggest building in the off season as well! One nice feature is that you don’t pay until each portion of the project is completed. I heard many a horror stories of builders who require a hefty down payment, file bankruptcy and then run out of town. This is NOT the case with these guys!
