To Nick. You are a liar and you keep getting bad reviews-another one today on our neighborhood site. I have pictures of the comforter before I took it to you, after and after I had it truly cleaned. I had been frequenting your business for many, many years before and after I got married and so had my husband. So you obviously didn’t check my maiden name that I told you that day. Maybe your records burned in the fire you had. Your customer service and quality certainly did.

Great local cleaners. I’ve tried several places since I moved to Austin and this is the first I’ve stayed with. Inexpensive, quick and I’ve never had a problem with my cleaning-it always looks great. Inexpensive alterations as well.

I brought in an ultra suede jacket I have cleaned many times before and it always has cleaned very well at various drycleaners. I have had ink stains, etc… which have all come out. When I went to pick up my jacket at Ivory Cleaners fortunately I checked it before paying for it. It was still dirty! Ink stains were still there and the dirt along the front from wear was still there. I told the lady that I could not pay for it. They were charging $ 7.00 and it looked like it had not been cleaned at all. It was well pressed, but, not clean. She told me that it would ruin the fabric to get the dirt out and the ink stains with the solution they use to get stains out. I have had these stains taken out many times before at other cleaners with no problem. So I told her that and she was very indifferent. I said it was not clean and I would not pay for the cleaning. She then said she would have it cleaned again. I told her«no» as I had no faith in them doing a good job and yes, they may ruin it as they may be using treatments which do ruin clothing. The place is very unprofessional. When I walked in they had dirty clothes all over the floor in piles where I could see them right by the cash register. I have never seen a dry cleaner with clothes in piles all over the floor! That raised a «red» flag. After seeing how dirty my jacket was after it was supposedly«cleaned» I said«no» to having them clean it again and I told her I would pay half of the amount of the cleaning. I will not go back there. I then went home and used spray and wash on my jacket and all of the stains came out without any change in the fabric. This place is not a good place to go for drycleaning. Also they are not polite, friendly or seem to even care.

This is for alterations, not dry cleaning. I had one bike jersey repaired by them in November, they helped me by doing a rush right before a race and I was happy to use them again for five jerseys that all had the same issue, needed new zippers. I dropped them off at their Liberty Hill location and was told it would take one week. I showed up 8 days later and they weren’t back, the poor girl working there had no explanation. I came back 4 days later and they still weren’t ready, this time the girl called and was told they had been ready they just forgot to bring them up with the Liberty Hill deliveries. I called to speak to the owner who was conveniently out. He returned my call the next day, actually he didn’t bother to call, he sent a text. He claimed a zipper was back ordered and had just come in. I explained he should call and let the customer know or at minimum his staff. He said he would give 10% off for the trouble. This would have made us happy, if the items were done well. One of the zippers they replaced with a shorter zipper so there is fabric left that should zip close. One of the items they didn’t even make a half attempt at lining up the fabric, so our sponsor’s logo looks like crap. If I wanted them to look like they do I would have replaced the zipper myself, I paid what I thought was a professional. I wanted to support this company since they have a location near my house but the work is not good, I will drive further for a place that does better work and communicates with their customers.
