We’ve been doing business with J.B. Express for about 6 months now, and I have never been more impressed with a business. They are prompt, friendly, and professional in every situation.
When we call, the business owner answers, and he has never let us down with a delivery. He was even willing to do a long-​distance delivery for us with only one day’s notice, and the cost was about what it would have cost us in gas had we driven ourselves, so the savings in respect to time was enormous. Not only that, but the owner himself has been kind enough to familiarize himself with our business and gone out of his way to send customers to us.
When we decided to use a courier service, we were expecting the same half-​hearted service we’d received from companies we had dealt with in the past. What we got has exceeded every expectation we had.
