Just went by on my way home after a long day. Storm on the way so trying to just grab food and get home before it hits… I ordered 2 things…2. Value nugget and a large seasoned curly fry. How hard is that? I got the nuggets (claps) and a value fry (sigh). I even said «a large seasoned curly fry». Not big curly fries or curly fry that somehow sounds like value fry. People make mistakes but damn. She repeated it back and we ended up going over it a 2nd time. Still it was even entered on receipt as value fry. Am I speaking English?

Every table is dirty although only 6 have people sitting at them. 10+ empty tables and nowhere to sit.

To start, im only giving this crap hole one star because I cant give it zero! Every interaction at this jack n the box is like pulling teeth every second order out of three has either wrong food or drink with it and god forbid to go back to make it right they make you feel like YOU made your burger wrong. On top of bad customer service you get hit up from bums while waiting in the drive through line. All in all I was surprised there is not one review for this place and all of them bad. Stay away
