Jacob Adams

I’ve had the pleasure and privilege of knowing and working with Mr. Adams for the past 6 years. He is extremely motivated, committed and one of the most hardworking individuals I have ever met. He always has a positive attitude even in the worst of times, something that is truly admirable. Once he has a goal in mind, he will do anything in his power to accomplish it and never allows the fear of failure to be a reason to back down. I have seen him succeed, but I have also seen him fall and rise stronger than before.
As a trainer, he was always 500% committed to helping me reach and surpass my goals, always sharing his love and passion for fitness in a way that became inevitably contagious. While working with him as one of his fitness clients, he helped me rebuild my body after losing 100 pounds after weight loss surgery. Having lost most of my muscle and looking weak and frail, he gradually helped me train my body to a point where my muscle mass was doubled and made me feel strong and unstoppable. His constant dedication and passion made me excited to wake up in the mornings and go to the gym. His charisma and humor was always the best motivator to get me through the toughest sets on the weight floor.
As a spinning instructor he was always committed to making everyone feel comfortable and like they belonged. His love and passion for music made every class the right amount of tough and fun. Thanks to him, I found a deep love for cycling myself that to the day is unbroken.
As a life coach and leader, Jacob has always been highly invested in growing spiritually and researching the best forms of growing spiritually and being in touch with the deepest levels of your soul and psyche, something he always shared with those close to him and his clients. Through his wisdom and knowledge, he has helped me grow as an individual myself, in mind, body and soul.
Over all, Jacob Adams has always been a very positive, live-​changing influence in my life. I have a lot to thank him for. Mainly for sharing his knowledge that allowed me the ability to grow, love and want to constantly improve my soul, body, life and that of those around me. He can come off as a little strong at first, but trust me, he is one person you want to have in your life who you will always learn from. I highly recommend him as a fitness, life and spiritual guru.

Trained with Jacob for three years. Excellent coach helped me lose a lot of body fat and gain lean muscle mass while setting me up on a meal plan and supplement plan. Very knowledgeable. Highly recommend him. He relocated otherwise I’d still be training With him.
