Jazzercise at Austin Recreation Center is the best work-​out in town. All the instructors do a great job and I really look forward to going to my work-​out class every day. Kate Henrichson is the owner of these classes and besides running her classes in a very professional manner, she is an excellent and enthusiastic instructor. She also writes a monthly newsletter which is full of great health tips and advice and also includes healthy, delicious recipes which I enjoy trying. I have made so many good friends here!

I had always wondered if I would like Jazzercise and a friend brought me to a free class on New Year’s Eve. As of March 31 I’ve been to 87 classes!!!
Kate and Marie are awesome!!! I have had other instructors and to be honest if I had one of them the first day I may not have been as excited to join. The right instructor (s) mean everything and Kate is a «right» instructor!!!

Jazzercise is wonderful and this location in particular is amazing. Great space, great location, and great instructor! The perfect mid-​day workout spot for folks close to downtown.

Jazzercise is the perfect workout for me! It’s cardio, weights, pilates, yoga and great music all rolled into one hour. The class times offered also fit well into my schedule. You can be as high-​energy or as low-​energy as you need to be — no judging here! There are people of all ages, weights, and genders and it’s a very friendly atmosphere. It’s addicting and fun too!

Jazzercise is a program that is a LIFE SPORT. It is a complete choreographed workout in one hour. The routines and eclectic music change each week. Austin Rec Jazzercise is the best in Austin with friendly, positive, and talented instructors, plus a room full of great people. The dance floor is one of the best in Austin. It is easy on the feet and legs. Women and men of all ages find that they are welcomed and quickly become regulars. It is fun, engages mind and body, and provides different levels of workout depending on your fitness level, but I guarantee your fitness level will improve! You should try it.

I attended the Sunday 12:30 pm Jazzercise class with Kate. I was really pleased with whole experience, very friendly and welcoming. Great cardio set with enough warm up and cool down time. I particularly appreciated the modifications offered for beginners and the use of weights in the routines.
