They make a pretty decent sandwhich. But if they mess up your order, and you call them out on it, they get quite defensive. The guy who messed up my order was near-shouting onthe phone

I love Jimmy John’s … I can’t remember the name of it right now. California something? It has avocado. Anyway — it’s fresh and super-fast. Love them.

Food– great Customer service –bad My cashier Roosevelt was very unprofessional and rude. Seemed like he was too stoned to even concentrate on anything.

If I could give zero I would. Dogshit ingredients and service. Worse or the same as a grade school cafeteria sandwich. I’m going with worse. At least lunch ladies have character. Nappy ass mayo and salad fixings. They really do use the assembly line well of manufacturing shit so quickly and effortlessly. The McD’s of shit-whiches.

I love Jimmy John’s! I’ve only been to this location once so I can’t rave or rant too much. My sandwich was made quickly and the place seemed clean. Good enough for me!

Ordered today and waited over an hour for delivery. Finally called and cancelled the order. Waste of time.

They were really short with me. I ordered a slim turkey sandwich and the guy wouldn’t even ask what I wanted on it. They just handed me bread and turkey. I was confused because they never asked me what I wanted on my sandwich. I returned it saying that I wanted vegetables on it and they took it back put old lettuce and tomato on it with lots of mayo and sent me on my way. If they didn’t make me pay prior to my order I would have walked out. I know it was lunch time and they had a lot of preorders. But no excuses for not even letting me pick what was on my sandwich. Even subway would have treated me better.

The people at this location are consistently rude. Typically when your sandwich is ready, they will call out the number, the name of the sandwich and any modifications(ex: #4, Turkey Tom, add mustard). While waiting, I heard them yell out«#11». That was it, so I initially assumed it was not mine. When they yelled it the second time, I asked if this one had no mayo(which is how I ordered mine). The guy looked me in the eye and replied«you can read the receipt.». Was that necessary?(1) He should have called it out correctly. Or(2) a simple«yes» would have sufficed. I’ve been to the location many times and have witnessed several examples. Today will be my last time — I’ll take my business elsewhere going forward. Additionally, their cyclists(delivery boys) are awful. They don’t follow traffic rules and will dart in front of vehicles as they are trying to pull out of the garage. I’ve seen several cars nearly hit one of them and I’ve also see several of the cyclists nearly run over pedestrians. They are clearly idiots or not sober enough to be aware of what they are doing. I will say, typically the folks running the register and taking orders are nice. However, the delivery boys and the guys calling out orders are obnoxiously rude and dumb.

I ordered jimmy Johns because everyone says they are amazing. Well everyone must be crazy for enjoying this sub. For 10 I got an 8 in cold sub with not much meat which by the description I thought I was getting loaded with meat. I’ll stick to firehouse which is WAYBETTER!!!

Decent sandwich on a Thursday night. Staff was efficient. It wasn’t a remarkable experience, but a good spot to grab a quick sandwich.

Service was ok. My sandwich was crap though. Could’ve gotten way more meat and cheese from subway. Guess now I know.

Very disappointed in my sandwich. It was a Tom Turkey on whole grain. The bread smelled and tasted rancid. The cucumbers were soggy and old. I will not be ordering lunch delivery from here again. I will be trying Planet Subs!

This location helps WP Engine every single time! They’re fast and on time. We have lots of last minute meetings scheduled and we’re forever ordering party trays and they always come through! Love these guys and gals! Be safe cyclists. :)

So if you want yellow mustard on your sub you have to put it on yourself! If you want to put their mustard on yourself they won’t allow it. If you ask for everything on your sub they put just lettuce on it. I try putting mustard on it myself, it was a disaster. I get you think your mustard is better and that if you like yellow mustard you are a second class citizen. Pretentious yuppies and their grey poupon, we all know where they should put it.

I’m a rather picky individual… so don’t read too far into the food part if you love to load your sandwich up with a bunch of crazy toppings. But for what I get o it(meat, cheese, mayo) the sandwich is awesome. Many people may say«well hey, how can they mess up a sandwich that simple?»… But it’s easier than you would probably think! I feel silly saying this but honestly Jimmy John’s is one of my favorite quick places in Austin to eat. Yeah it’s a chain and I do respect the small businesses but when food tastes good… it tastes good. You can’t really doubt that. I can’t rightfully be discussed with a restaurant just because it’s a chain. The best part of Jimmy John’s though is the bread! This is the key to their greatness. How can bread be that great? Well you have to try for yourself to fully understand. I am yet to fully utilize their delivery system, but from what I see it’s pretty good too. Overall I’m giving it four stars though just because as nice and convenient as it it’s, it just fails to blow my mind. Plus it’s pretty chilly in there. It’s more of a 4 and a ½ outta five than a 4

Dear Jimmie John, Your lettuce wrap sucks. I mean R-E-A-L-L-Y sucks. Let me break it down for you. I ordered a Veggie Lettuce Wrap. I added EXTRA(read it!) guacamole and EXTRA(again) peppers for which you charge EXTRA. I received a big hunk of lettuce(which I hate anyway) with the typical cucumber, tomato veggie mix and a dab,(a DAB!!!) which is smaller than a dollop, of guacamole and two pepper slices(TWO slices!!!) Sorry, but I had to yell. Total screwing: $ 8 Total number of times I’ll be back: 0 Adiós Mofo!(I hate to quote politicians but in this situation it works.) Christine A.

This Jimmy Johns just delivered my sammy so here it goes They really are fast. I ordered at about 11:25 and was eating by 11:40. And whenever I tell this to come between a certain window(11:15−11:30 for example) its liek they read my mind and came as early as possible. I love the bread. Its nice and soft. It really is a good sammy. Like someone said its not gourmet or anything but will satisy for sandwhich needs! The delivery guys are also always very nice! Thanks for my lunch today. I didn’t pack one this morning and I surely would of starved. Glad to know even with all the Obama traffic you still made it as fast as ever!
