Great doctor whom listens and keeps on the cutting edge of medicine. If you need a slow front desk clerk, go over the St. David’s where you will wait 75 minutes for an appointment versus 5 minutes. I’ll take the«rushed» front desk clerk. It’s the doctor I want to see, not her.

Bad billing practice. They incorrectly billed me for a regular check up visit. They admit the problem, but hasn’t return our money. And it’s been a month now. Im not coming back here.

Lady who answered the phone didn’t seem to friendly. Rushed. Good thing they no longer take my insurance, so didn’t get to make an appointment.

I’ve been going to Dr Bangston for 12 years. He’s a great internal medicine doctor. In a couple of cases I’ve had some lingering complex conditions so I’ve seen a specialist, and ended up deciding Dr Bangston knew more than the specialist did and his prescribed treatments were more effective. He’s also great at run of the mill flu/infection type stuff. His demeanor is low key, so do ask lots of questions if you have them. I would say for sports injuries Dr Bangston usually just referrs you to an orthopaedist. I am not happy with any orthopaedists in town(i’ve tried several). Instead get a referral for physical therapy and go see Austin Manual Therapy. They require a doctor’s referral, but they will give you a far more thorough report than any doctor would(they’ll send a copy to your doctor) and will have you back in good form in no time.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Bangston for nine years. He originally was located in the Seton NW hosptial but has since moved off of Jollyville Rd. He’s patient and gentle. Great dr!
