We bought a house early last year and the whole house carpet and some tile needed to go.
After visiting many other stores we got a tip from my friend as how much she loved her floors from Johnson Fine Floors
The prices were great, the wood selection was great.
They made it absolutely fantastic.
Every interaction we had was great, from time spent in the store (we don’t make decisions too quickly), taking samples home, to the day he came over for the estimate. He was so different than the other flooring stores estimators. They showed up late and kinda grumpy, he showed up exactly on time and was quite pleasant. It was like he wanted our business!
Other companies had wanted to do t-​bars through doorways and along the fireplace He said his team wouldn’t use those T-​bars for any part of the house but only the actual wood.
We got the natural Acacia engineered. Not too light, not too dark. More of a caramel with light and dark streaks. They explained that the solid wood would not work for our house as we had no air conditioning or heating. So it would not be climate controlled which had to do with the warranty .
They removed the carpet and tile for quite a reasonable price, did the prep work of leveling and installed the floors,
Now we have the most beautiful floors,
And we can walk into the store with any questions or just to say hello and it’s like going to see an old friend.
The floors are what made our house beautiful… wood stairs are amazing.
