Jonathan was wonderful and attentive from beginning to end. He was always quick to respond and even returned to his office after hours the night before a holiday to assist us. We would and will recommend him to everyone!

I went through PrimeLending and was assigned to Jonathan. I was trying to get pre-​qualified before searching for my first home purchase, which can be frustrating in itself. At first Jonathan seemed attentive and wanting to get stuff done. I completed both the short and long application forms and provided all documents requested from Jonathan. I would check in with him on the status of my pre qualification and he would assure me every time that he was working on it. The days went by, and then weeks. I never heard from Jonathan again, no word on anything. So that was pretty much a waste of time and a hit to my credit score due to the now unneeded inquiry. Based on the limited contact and poor customer service I would not be able to recommend Jonathan to friends or colleagues.

My husband and I didn’t know where to start when buying our first home. We went to Jonathan to get pre-​qualified, before beginning our search. While we were house shopping, Jonathan was great at checking in, and answering any questions we had along the way. Once we found our dream home, Jonathan helped the process go smoothly by keeping us updated and responding quickly to calls and emails. We were very happy with the service he provided, and we felt reassured that we got the very best deal on our mortgage.

Jonathan is great! When he refinanced my home, he explained everything and made the process so quick and easy! I’m not the easiest customer, I had lots of questions. He was always available and very professional. I’m thrilled with the money he saved me!
