I’m so happy I found Dr. Anty. I’ve been seeing her for a few months now and have really enjoyed it. I mean, as much as a person can enjoy seeing a psychologist. I did a lot of research when I was looking for a psychologist based on my insurance (I know she accepts Humana and Aetna). I wanted a psychologist specifically, and one who had a wide range of specialties. She does everything from child psychology to family therapy to couples counseling, which I find valuable because she can offer insight into many different aspects of her patients’ lives.
She’s a very sweet woman and is a very understanding and open person. I’ve never felt judged during our sessions, and she’s not afraid to be frank when she thinks its necessary. She works with you in-​office and will send you home with any books or papers she thinks are helpful. She’s also good at communicating with your other doctors, which is a big help. Additionally, she’s always available by phone, something that I’ve never had to avail her of but something that I imagine would be a great benefit to someone in crisis.
Head’s up though — there are some small business hiccups. She doesn’t accept credit cards (I sometimes forget my cash) and she is a 1 lady shop so sometimes scheduling can be an issue. But her office is pretty good with insurance billing and the small issues are overshadowed by her excellence. I recommend her wholeheartedly.
