Mark again proves there are good guys in this business! NO haggling over price, I told him EXACTLY what I had and did not try to pump it up so the price he quoted was exactly what he said on the phone. If you are trying to find a good place this is it. There are plenty of DBags in this industry that will make a person hate dealing with them, this is a shining example of how business should be done… Thank you!

Mark showed up within 2 hours of my call and paid in cash what we agreed to on the phone. He was quick and professional. First time I ever dealt with a salvage due to my son being cruel to the car we gave him. Lesson learned: when it comes to large gifts, make sure the family member has skin in the game.

I had my car for over 10 years and was trying to keep it going as long as possible. I put every little scratch and ding on that thing. I watched it get older and lose the luster it once had. When my car finally died, I was more than a bit sad.
I really loved my car, but when my mechanic told me the bad news I knew I had to sell. After all, it had a good run and I got a lot of good use out of it. You hit that point were it costs more to keep it running than the car is worth and the repairs are basically a car payment, so…
After searching around the internet I found these guys. The girl on the phone walked me through each step I needed to «junk» my car. I’ve never «junked» a car before and the sweet girl must have really heard the confusion in my voice and had mercy on me. They came out the same day and the tow guy was just as friendly.
I plan on keeping my newer vehicle as long as possible too, but if I ever have to do it again, I know who I am going to call.

This guy is a joke. Mark jerks you around by telling you a quote and a time that’s he’s coming by to pick up the car. I had to call the next day and find out why this guy never showed up. Make a new appointment and this time he shows up. So I think everything is going fine when this asshole tries to haggle. I had been told during each conversation what he was going to give me for my car. I asked multiple times if that was going to change and was told it was not. So fuck this guy for wasting my time and then expecting me to haggle on something that was set in stone.
Avoid this place.

I was having trouble selling my old car. Nobody wanted to buy it and I wasn’t asking that much for it since it needed a lot of repairs and really wasn’t roadworthy. I found this junk car buyer and called them. The car was gone by that afternoon and they gave me a decent price for it. If you having trouble getting rid of an old car, then give these guys a call.

These guys are great! I needed to get rid of my old truck because it was barely road-​worthy. The repairs it needed cost more than the truck was worth, and I was planning to get a new car anyway. Junk Car Buyers of Austin took it off my hands and I had some cash to go towards the down payment on my new car.
