Poor installation practices. Unqualified service techs who are not carpenters. 8 weeks to fabricate and over 8 weeks to install due to multiple installation mistakes. No communication for completion. All subs were delayed due to delayed cabinet installation. We will not close on our home on schedule and we still do not have closure with Kent Moore or the Regions Sales manager Victor Mendez.

I thought this would be a great experience. I met with Randy and he seemed helpful in designing our kitchen and gave us good ideas. The design we agreed on had the microwave way too high. I didn’t know this and I wasn’t told that this would be too high. I depended on their expertise. So, I spent an extra $ 1600 redoing one wall in order to get the microwave down at the proper level. They also designed an appliance garage that is too small for almost anything. We paid extra for a glaze that was done inconsistently. We were told that they«ran out of glaze» but they sent the cabinets out anyway. They are fixing the items that we have complained about, but they never should have happened. With the building boom, I’m sure they are overbooked, but I wouldn’t use them again.

I used Kent Moore a few years ago and they did an excellent job at a fair price. I decided to use them again on a remodel and their rep Noe came out the same day on time, gave great ideas and took good measurements. After he left, he never got me a bid despite repeated calls. Finally, he sent me an email with only $ 9500 on it. No plans, specs, or any other info. Just the price. Very disappointing experience. If they were too busy for my job, they should have politely let me know that at the time of the appointment.
