Staff was friendly. But the overall experience with the doctor was horrible. Does NOT diagnose accurately, DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR!

I’ve gone to this practice for years. I had a form that needed to be filled out for my insurance that would have them document my height, weight, blood sugar, and blood pressure.
They refused to make an appointment to do so even though my insurance would pay for such a visit.
Demanded that I make an appointment for full physical and full blood panel.
I am truly clueless that a patient of over 10 years would be treated this way.
I have no idea what the incentive not to make a paid appointment would be.

This practice should be shut down. My husband had to call to get results on a xray that was pivotal in diagnosing him with cancer. Dr Kings response to his xray was «I don’t know what this is». We had waited several days to get this lame answer. Now that we are changing MD’s he is charging us $ 25 to get our records transferred. They also bill you if you call the on call Doc on the weekends. Seriously?! He has charged us outrageous amounts when we were cash paying customers. He makes us make an appt for every medication refill even if we have been taking the meds for years. AND even when we had just seen him the week before. Sickening. I am an RN and this is the kind of MD that should have been flunked out in med school.
