Bert is amazing – I recommend him with the highest enthusiasm. He is extremely efficient: he analyzes the problem, finds the best way to solve it, goes above and beyond with creative recommendations. He and then does what he says he’ll do within the promised time frame. He is very creative and has a passion for all his projects, while being very committed to working on the customer’s behalf. Bert is also extremely flexible, and was more than willing to accommodate the somewhat unusual obstacles encountered on this project.
Mainly I appreciate his sense of humor and willingness to communicate regularly. Bert sent me photos or updates at every stage of the work!
