Lakeway Neighborhood Pool Service

I’m not sure this is a real company. Although they have what seems to be a fully functioning website, the phone is not answered by a company that matches «Lakeway Neighborhood Pool Service.» I called yesterday to talk to them about establishing new service, got put on hold by a computer, waited for 5 – 6 minutes, then ultimately gave up and sent an email instead. The website says they’ll answer by the end of the day, but that didn’t happen. Today, as I type this, I’ve been on hold for 25 minutes. What sort of «family owned and operated business» (that’s a quote from the website) has a computer keep a potential customer on hold for 25+ minutes? The bigger question, of course, is If something is wrong w/​your pool, do you really want to wait on the phone for 25 minutes to talk with someone?
Okay, as I was typing at minute 27, someone finally picked up for a company called «Blue Science.» I asked for «Lakeway Neighborhood Pool Service.» The guy on the phone basically had no idea what I was talking about and said they just use different names for the different cities Blue Science operates in. That’s as far as we got — I thanked him for the info and said good-​bye.
