Horrible customer service. They never answer their phone when you call. Man that returns calls is rude and has bad customer service. I called for a first time appt, he asked if i was flexible and I told him I was depending on the time. I told him I could do any day after 4 and he said well then that is not flexible. Next appt isn’t till Mid March 2016!

Michelle was AMAZING! Being my first lash extensions, I chose the 30⁄30. Michelle took the time to really talk to me & see what I was looking for. She explained the entire process & was very detailed about the care/​maintenance. I was still in & out in just under an hour. (By the time I was in and out of the garage, it was an hour and 15 minutes.) I went back in for fills, and they’ve lasted so well, that my next appointment won’t require nearly as many lashes. I’ve already scheduled my next 2 appointments to go back in. As a wedding planner, I don’t recommend beauty services that I haven’t experienced myself, & I’ve already recommended Michelle! Loved her & really love my eyelashes.
