I had an issue with another managing member of an LLC I founded. I was referred to Sade Pfeifer by a deaf attorney who recommended her as Sade was considered to be «deaf-​friendly» as I was deaf. Sade had been a great asset in providing advice, guidance and working with the adverse member to come to up with an strategy to get the member to be realistic about the buyout negotiation so I can buy out her interest and exit the company.
Sade’s advice and the strategy I chose was instrumental in applying enough pressure to get the member to come to the table and agree with the terms of the buyout and exit the company. I will highly recommend her to anyone who is having issues with their business partners.

Sade was very professional and did a wonderful job on my case on such short notice. My case was in regards to an unemployment compensation dispute between my former employer and myself. We ultimately chose to use her as our lawyer not just because of her great reviews here, but because we really liked how put-​together her website was, and just how she came off as a person.
We had some credit card debt that we were being sued for. As bad as that sounds, we never felt like Sade judged us. We were embarrassed enough by the situation, and her positive and professional attitude really helped. Made me feel like less of one of «those» people, if you know what I mean.
We contacted her very late in the game– we only had a week I believe before we were due to appear in court. She charged us an up-​front fee that was reasonable, and the billing was by hour. After everything was said and done, we didn’t end up owing her anything extra. She knew just how much time she would have to spend on the case, and her breakdown of the billing was sincere. I never felt like she was slowing the process down to charge us more, as I’ve heard some lawyers do. In fact, she immediately started paperwork, and not only were we able to avoid appearing in court altogether, but she negotiated our settlement for less than half of what we were being sued for– just as she said she could.
She was always very prompt to reply to our emails, and didn’t mind a ton of questions. She offers credit repair, and we’re thinking of taking her up on that soon, as we would like to buy a house in the next year or 2.
I would recommend Sade to anyone who needed a lawyer– there’s not a single thing I’d change about her or our experience with her!
