This gentleman has a bad habit of setup customer domains under his own personal account then taking his sweet time to release those domains to his customers when they decide to leave his service. I find this to be completely unprofessional and absolutely unnecessary to hold small businesss’ domains hostage while providing sub-​standard service to the rest of his clients. This is one of the reasons I decided to cease doing business with this individual and find a more mature provider of my IT services.
