Linda is great, she’s patient and very sweet. She made my wedding dress. I did not really know what I wanted and she made a beautiful dress that accentuated my features and won me tons of praise. I love all the detail she gave to it. She was such a joy to work with that I remember wanting to invite her to the wedding. Now on the other side of my wedding, I’m trying to figure out something to do with my dress, it’s not a conventional white dress. She offered to transition it from a one piece to a two pice with which I could dress up or down and be able to still use. Finally, she was able to make a dress with in my budget, which, of course was vital. I would definitely recommend her.

I don’t even know where to start with my praise for Linda. Not only did she create the wedding dress of my dreams but the entire process of working with her was wonderful. She has such a sense of style and understanding the concept of the client that my vision of what I had was mine but elevated to couture fashion. Her craftsmanship is impeccable and her attention to detail boarders on obsessive. I had a bit of an emergency with my veil and hair piece and she not only had a piece made for me in two days but went above and beyond and made it a masterpiece. Vera Wang doesn’t have anything on Linda :)

Linda was very sweet, talented, and professional, and I would recommend working with her. At the last moment, I ended up purchasing a ready-made dress, but I can comment on working with her through the sketch stage. Her website said dresses were $ 3-$ 10k, but from my initial complimentary consultation with her, I learned most dresses are $ 3−5k. My budget was actually $ 3k, and she confirmed she could work in that budget. I created a pinterest board for her with images of features of dresses I liked, and she sent me several laces option from new york and paris. I paid $ 100 for a sketch(which, should I have decided to move forward, would have been applied toward the price of the dress). I loved her sketch, and Linda was nice enough to create more versions with tweaks as I described them. The dress would have taken about 3 months to be made. At the last moment, I happened to find a ready-made dress in a store that was pretty close to what I was looking for and less expensive, so I went with it, but I still wonder if that was the right decision over working with Linda and her gorgeous designs. This is a great option for someone who wants a unique, original design, and I’d recommend reaching out to Linda to discuss the option of a custom wedding dress.

Linda made my wedding dress last year, and I loved working with her from beginning to end. After an early conversation about what I had in mind, she took my vague ideas and created amazing, inventive design concepts. I knew having a dress made would require a leap of faith, since the actual dress wouldn’t exist until late in the process, and Linda had me at ease throughout. She’s professional and personable, and I’ll always be grateful for the care she put into my dress. The design was inspired, the materials were gorgeous, it was beautifully made, and wearing it on my wedding day was a dream.

Cut to the chase ladies, if you want to feel like the princess you are on your wedding day, Linda is your woman. Very easy to work with, fun and accommodating ideas. I told her what I was looking for and she hit the nail on the head. I feel in love with and was inspired by another of her creations and she added some elements that were so fitting that I didn’t even think of. Also I was really sold on having the most expensive lace on the market, on my dress(though on a budget, I have expensive taste I guess) and she found a way to make it happen! No other way to say it, if you’re looking for a ‘one of a kind’ dress check Linda out. It must say something if she keeps being voted in Austin magazines ‘best of’ but still affordable! The best of both worlds! I’d send you photos but I bet she’ll show you more easily.

Ok brides-to-be — If you have not yet done the wedding dress shopping gig(I refused to subject myself, my friends, my family and the general public) let me give you some advice — skip the chain stores and head straight to Linda Asaf Designs on W. 6th St. I had a vision, sent some pics of ideas, she created a sketch, hit it out of the ball park with her own special Linda Asaf twist and OMG!!! I wish I could show everyone the sketch but then Ron would see it! She and her team are absolutely amazing. Do yourself a favor, skip the hassle of shopping for the«perfect dress» and let her create it for you. You will have a one-of-a-kind made just for you and feel and look like a queen! She’s won Best Women’s Clothing Designer, Best Bridal Designer, and Best Fashion Designer. Check her out!

LInda designed the dress for my daughter — the bride, and also for me — the mother of the bride. You will not find a dress out there as awesome as the one you have designed just for you. The price is not bad — not any more than the nice wedding dresses out there. And really — there are NO pretty mother of the bride dresses out there. They are either ugly or all look the same. You can get a dress here for any occasion — more on the dressy end — but some casual — and seriously — the prices are in line with the nicer off the rack dresses. Linda is a real pleasure to work with — sweet and fun and she is a super designer with«best» design awards for 3 years running. I was so proud to be wearing a dress designed by Linda. There are samples to look at — and some are for sale — so you can feel comfortable going in and just browsing. Sometimes, she has cool jewelry for sale too.

If you’re looking for a wedding dress I strongly encourage you to consider Linda Asaf. The experience of having my wedding dress made was amazing, and my dress turned out beautiful for my wedding day. I am a size 10⁄12 and found trying on dresses at the bridal shops really frustrating. Shoving yourself into dresses that don’t fit in tiny dressing rooms is not fun. Sitting in Linda’s studio draping yourself with beautiful fabric, drinking sparkling water, and watching her and her super enthusiactic interns sketch for you is LOTSOFFUN! I also feel like her pricing is very reasonable, so don’t automatically assume that this route would be too expensive for you. The process of making these dresses is scrap book worthy, so if you’re in to that be sure to take a camera along to catch all of the various phases. It was amazing! Thank you, Linda!

What a quaint little store/studio. BEAUTIFUL clothing & accessories. I fell in love the second I walked in. So comfy & clean, with gorgeous hardwood floors. I felt like I was in Princess’ closet! Spotted a dress hanging within other one-of-a-kind peices, from across the room. Picked it up, it happen to be my size, and tried it on. PERFECT! Linda offered to add some«bling» to it once it was on. I’m going to be wearing the hottest dress at my event this week!!! Love it!!!
