Lively Delivery brought me a package with obvious damage, and did not even notice it. I brought the damage to the attention of the driver, who did not wait to inspect the content, which had been destroyed in shipping. When notified to pick the item up for return, I could not schedule a pick up because they only operated in two four-hour increments and no weekends. They would not even agree to have my package picked up in the early or late portions of the pick-up. I finally had to leave my package on the front porch and hope it wasn’t vandalized or stolen. I rate this company NO stars on customer service!!!
