I don’t give 5 star reviews unless I am shocked at the level of customer service I receive. Not to mention this is from a storage facility, where you don’t expect much in terms of customer service. Terry goes so far out of his way to make sure we are happy, it’s unreal. The other day he noticed my girlfriend and I struggling with our overloaded unit, he came out to help and even held up the bed so that we could get everything back in and close it. I am incredibly impressed. He didn’t have to, he could have easily pretended not to notice and stayed in the office. I knew he was extremely nice and personable every time we have dealt with him, but this takes the cake. 5 star customer service experience!

I can’t say enough positive things about Locktite. If you’re in a position where you need a storage facility, this is the one. The staff is super friendly and great to work with. The free use of their truck and willingness to help or just listen is outstanding.

This facility is clean and secure with lots of cameras to store my PWC and other stuff while I snore at night with peace of mind. All in all a very nice environment and the staff here is very helpful and extremely nice keep up the good work.

Super nice, great service, professional. It was very refreshing to find an establishment that is so well run. You don’t expect to have such impeccable service when dealing with a storage facility, but these guys really know how to run a business. I will gladly refer them in the future. The Free Truck for moving and comfortable office environment are additional perks. Store you items here with confidence!

Great people, competitive prices, and dog friendly! They genuinely want to help you out and will bend over backwards to help you. I can not stand the cold, forced nice feeling you get when you go to a UHaul or Public storage place. This is the business owner helping you with whatever problem you have and making it right. When I got my unit I had a 30 minute conversation with the owners and enjoyed every minute of it! Awesome place. Really just awesome.
