fluffy talk, little substance be careful when dealing with this store. we paid them $ 3000 to have a bed built in December of 2008 with a delivery date of Early February 2009 and as of early April had not received it. it was one mistake after another. they do not have a refund policy if you dont like what is made, even if its bought from the store’s existing inventory and never leaves the box. all sales are final. make sure you are clear about this when you buy an expensive item from them. they will not work with you like a quality store should. the customer service is really bad, and after this experience I will never deal with them again. there are too many other stores in town that are good to their customers and take care of them. oh, one more thing, the delivery of our bed was today, and they messed that up too. they didnt deliver the whole bed. this is after they swore up and down that they would make it their priority in life to make sure that we were happy with our delivery, and make 100% sure we got it. the salesperson when I called said«once it goes to the delivery people its not our responsibility». the time before we talked they said«I will be there myself if I have to to make sure this is done right.» I

Don’t let the name fool you — this stuff is most likely to be found in a Clarksville home than some 600 sqft loft downtown. They have some pretty unique stuff to Austin(until a Mitchell Gold opens up) and their ‘environment furniture’ collection is ubercool. The staff there is friendly enough to be available, but are far from pushy. All in all, if you have the $$$, go for it– the stuff is quality and will garner some compliments.

It’s located in downtown and close to those loft apartment buildings. It’s perfect if you live in a loft and want to purchase some modern furniture. The store is small, but the price is high.
