Just did the world’s toughest refi and these guys guided me through every step to closing. They’ve done several loans for me and this is the 2^nd refi I’ve had with them. Richard is an extremely nice guy and will be completely honest with you, «shoot you straight» is what I tell other folks. You should ALWAYS get a second opinion on your loan situation, and this is the guy you should call, and hopefully go with. I did everything over email, took a minimal amount of my time, my case was a bankruptcy in my past, a divorce, and a rental property combined with a personal residence with cash out… Couldn’t be worse, but he figured out the best strategy and I’m closing tomorrow — on both properties with cash in my hands and title in my name only. Call these guys.
