Longhorns

This team store is located on both the east and west side of the stadium. Workers look like they don’t want to be there and selection is not too great either!

I made an online purchase with Longhorns Ltd., which as it turns out, is based in Kansas, NOT Austin. I chose them because of their benefit to the UT athletics department, but wish I wouldn’t have. After four days, I had not received any type of shipping confirmation and, when I went online to check my order status, it said that my order couldn’t be found.
When I called to speak with a customer service representative (during business hours), I kept getting a voicemail. After three days, I received no callback. Finally, when I emailed them to cancel my order, they refused to do so as it had already shipped, although I received no confirmation that it actually had.
I would highly recommend the University Co-​op bookstore for UT apparel rather than the Longhorns Ltd. online store.

Located on the west end of the Darrell Royal Stadium Longhorns Ltd. sells a wide variety of University of Texas merchandise. There’s enough shirts, sweats, socks hats and other items to help any fan show his or her pride in whatever Texas team they support. Prices are reasonable, perhaps a bit higher than the Co-​op, but rivaling it for selection. Was in a few weeks ago and picked up three shirts and a pair of socks for $ 65. Some good specials in here along with some unusual items too. There’s an online component too and, not knowing when I’ll be back in Austin I plan on using it. Staff is friendly and knows their stock. Note: there is also a location on the east end of the stadium. Good merchandise, good prices, good service… will make sure I stop back in next time… I’m hooked.
